I was forced to update this application today which is already not a good thing. It is less intuitive, shows less and requires more clicks than before to access data. In particular it is no longer possible to browse each fund's rate easily. 2024: it is just getting worse version after version.
App half in English, half in french... Please update correctly. It makes the app so cheap...
Pages take ages to load and buttons aren't responsive, sometimes text is tiny, cannot change language, every time you click return it closes the app instead of going to dashboard. App is so broken that when it asks for me to rate it, it spits out an "please install a web browser to view this page". Edit: I have updated Android System Webview, Cleared Natixis app cache, Force Closed, app did not improve.
After password, app is asking for phone number, as entering that its showing-(An error has occurred. Plz try again later. Please resolve the issue.

Keep saying connection is expired but not allowing me to login again.
I open the app and it says update. I go update and close the app, open again and it says "update".... I click on "ok, update" and it takes me to the app store but it's already updated. Yet the warning/pop up continues to show up, and it won't let me even try to sign in..

Good if we can see XIRR, growth on employers contribution and growth on employees contribution. Nice to visualise and as easy.

Why so many updates? Every time I go to use it I'm forced to do another update. It kind of takes away the point of apps being quick and convenient.
