これは正直、今まで使った中で一番ひどいサービスです。しばらくSoftBankを使うのをやめて、他の会社に変えたのに、なぜか料金がずっと追加され続けていました。しかも、ちゃんとした説明や通知もなく、毎月どんどん金額が上がっていきました。 未払いがあることや、どういう状況なのかもはっきり知らされていませんでした。 その結果、今では最初の金額のほぼ3倍を請求されています。本当に意味がわかりません。説明も不十分で、透明性もなく、ただ請求額が増えていくだけです。 特に外国人にとっては、とても分かりにくくてストレスの多いサービスだと思います。正直おすすめしません。
指示通りにやってもログインできませんでした。 初めて試した何年も前から何も改善されていません。 本当にひどいアプリです。
suddenly doesnt work . wifi off but still doesn't work. no vpn. this is what I get for switching to your service? maybe I should go back to Docomo....what a damn headache.

very bad connection and provider services , I complained about my issues a few times for softbank. But they are always skipping with my complaint. Only the focus is outstanding, I have got the Unlimited data connection plan but using only below 150 GB per month. But I can't get the WhatsApp call from here, this phone and SIM card issued by them, very poor signal strength and I am living in the City Area in Ehime Ken.

Cannot change language of the App. No English option. Very poor app.
The app even can't open
Won't let me log in on wifi, which is my only option right now. I can't connect to the network to log in because I need to log in first. How could they make it so wifi can't login?! That's so ridiculous!

I'm very disappointed on this app. I expected too much. I don't even find an English language option. Hope they can improve the app in the future.
Trash. I have an issue with softbank hikari and I can't report it anywhere. The website chat is broken and says to install this app but this app only logs in when using softbank sim or sth

I have my own new email of softbank why they keep me connecting to my old email address. And I can't get my new password on my apple ID . Someone is holding my account . I'm just norikai from Rakuten to ymobile . And why I cannot sent photo on messages in my iphone 13 ???
I give it 1 stars for now because like other costumers who knows little of japanese language and can't read kanji we can find this apps convenient or usefull were hoping that you can improve it for your foreign costumers thanks.

請求確定と広告の通知が同じグループになっているので、広告だけの通知をオフにすることができずストレス。
This app is not usable. Every time I want to log in, the app crashed even though I've uninstall and reinstall the app! I hope softbank will get the app fix! Samsung Note 8
Happy to charge English speakers for service without providing support for English speakers on app or via emails.

Not a bad app but why no English option? Any text can't even be copied to translate in external translator... Defeat the purpose of give information.
Why isn't my account information available in English?
All in Japanese Kanji difficult to understand their messages. Servers technical knowledge limited unable to speak English in Shizuoka city
