App says I need to update it to use. Says I need Android 10 or higher. I have Android 10 an it says it is not compatible. I have absolutely 100% no reason or wish to get a newer phone. You have to control run your router settings through the app. How am I supposed to manage it now? You also keep enrolling me in new service plans without my permission. I am paying $40 more for the same service. For the price I am paying my speed should be 250% faster than the plan I am paying for.

Horrible service!!
All of a sudden since I have Android 10, was told "my device is no longer compatible with updates". By the way, Spectrum is the most unreliable service you could ever have. Not to mention their outrageous prices for Cable TV, which they continually raise ,on average about every 6 months, every year.
to think this app was updated to a point my phone (samsung galaxy s9) cant even use the app meaning i cant manage my network anymore, what do i do of there's an issue going forward that only using My Spectrum can solve?
I'm not going to spend hundreds of dollars to upgrade my phone just to pay a cable bill. Thank you for the inconvenience.

terrible customer service. repeated extended outages with no real answers from their incompetent bootlickers. Anyone working for spectrum should be ashamed of themselves for breathing and wasting oxygen.

they slowed my phone down my data and I cannot connect to their Internet Don't have a clue I'm using so much data oh I know I can't connect to their internet I don't have the address called to get it got the runaround but they slowed my phone down into the due date even though the bills paid early I'm done T-Mobile here I come

I would maybe give them a half star and that would be too generous to do that. They do not care about the consumer. Just the company. You would think they are robbers. All comes down to the almighty dollar. Not for me. No thank you.

all a sudden, my device can't update to this new version, even tho I'm running android 10 as stated... to expensive for the services/ customer support you get. can't pay online anymore, great, it's only a 30 minute drive each way to pay in store...

Internet continually drops out, then directs me to an app that REQUIRES INTERNET CONNECTION to restart the router and modem. Internet monopolies should be illegal and Spectrum should be the first to go. Additionally, considering the THOUSANDS of one star reviews, I have no doubt they're tampering with reviews. I haven't seen a single review higher than two stars.
Being forced to download an app to manage my wifi settings is frustrating. 192.168.1.1 worked fine for ages, now I have to clutter my phone with a garbage app just to change my wifi settings? Not to mention the actual ISP is laughably bad. I'm paying for gigabit and my network struggles to deliver 320mbps on its best day.

The Latest Maintenance Update from a week ago has caused me nothing but problems. I have rebooted reset unplugged replaced modem etc. Chatting w techs constantly. But my internet is worse now than before. Really need to open up the monopoly and allow us to choose other Internet Providers if you don't want to make service calls and fix problems.

We are essentially trapped with this company. our other options are Centurylink, Quantum and the dish providers... all bad. if we could use another Internet service provider, we absolutely would. just absolutely inconsistent and expensive for what they provide
I had to install this because some idiot decided to put the wifi settings in here, instead of using the IP address. Pointless app that never needed to be made. Give me back my ability to edit and control my wifi and Ethernet settings myself, not in your terribly vibe coded app.
Why would i need to upgrade my phone to pay a spectrum bill? Well i'm not changing my phone but may consider changing my interest provider.

Sad! I just spent 20 minutes on the phone. If a human had answered to begin with the call could have been over in less than 5. I hate social media. I don't even want the Internet but, I need it to have a camera in the apartment.
Im wondering if I should get spectrum service reading the reviews not happy customers I just paid to have spectrum Im haveing second thoughts on being another unhappy spectrum customer.

spectrum needs to make it where you can cancel their streaming service through the app. but they don't.
