very little help and difficult to deal with
You need cheaper plans... $74 for Basic? to communicate and only gives you 50gb of Data. The next plan up is $10 more which is what you want everyone to move up to... then you'll just raise the price of that plan.

It prompts that you need to update instead of just updating itself, it asks for pin numbers even when you've enabled biometrics, it's a dog to navigate, essentially you only use it because telstra makes you. Edit in response to developer: I have app updates turned on and it still sends notifications). Telstra support is a toxic hell hole that I avoid unless I'm given absolutely no other option, so no, I'm not going to raise an issue as it's not really my problem to solve
Sign in refuses to function smoothly, I need to reboot app twice just to access my account.

Might do what the customer service Rep in Manila tells me to do and go to Optus if you want better service, cheaper plans, better reception and AN APP THAT WORKS. As long as your board room goons are taking home their $40 million in remuneration, right? Australians mean nothing to you.
Disappointed. Monthly payments increased by $5 without notice. Much cheaper elsewhere.

Using 48% of CPU.... draining the battery at an incredible rate... had to uninstall. Also 2 factor authentication only accepts an SMS code. If you can't access the code you are locked out. No alternative sign in option. No option to have code sent to Telstra email.
Some times it works and some times it keeps loading still nothing?
Absolutely disgusted. I dont accept oops something went wrong. All I want to do is pay my prepaid account
why have you cut out the 15GB option? Hellstra are right up there with Floptus for shite service.
this app was great but now it won't let me sign into my account and constantly says can not display ypur account ..wait a minute to try again. Tried re installing and making a new log in and nothing works. just fix your app. its nothing to do with my phone as it was working correctly before. the app is faulty.

Bad service, unable to verify passport for a physically bought Esim. Customer service also terrible. Cannot create a Telstea ID without an Telstra ID. Does not make sense.
Every single time I use the app I have to log in again. That definitely deserves a 1 star. And heaps of other stuff but that excuse is enough.
your plans are getting more expensive, yet the service is still bad and can't afford your other plans. where is the cheaper plans?

No body wants this..... app is just as bad as the customer service. don't tell me to "try uninstalling and reinstalling" because it's already uninstalled and staying that way. find a different provider people, there's much better for cheaper. AND their apps actually work! 🤣
Have not been able to make calls or send texts. When i try to make a call, the automated recording tells me that i "cant make this call as my recharge has expired". Yet according to this app, my account is active....AND a text msg from Telstra received on the 26th, reminding me that my acct will expire 27th Apr at 11.59pm!! This is not the 1st time they've done this. Get your act together Telstra. Stop taking peoples money and then not provide the service.

Ive been a Telstra customer for over a decade. the app fails me every time i try to open in the last 6months consistently. there is no option. i have been removed access everytime i open app to view my details. now i cant even open the net login page without veing redirected to password change page. my bill is late now and im due to be cut off yet i cannot open either the app or a webpage that doesnt redirect me to change my password. DONT USE TELSTRA IF YOU VALUE EXPEDIENCY AND GOOD SERVICE.

Absolutely rubbish app. Constantly crashes and freezes. Widget is trash and have to sign in over and over.
Honestly Just light a fire and hope the smoke carries your message to where you want it to go. breed pigeons or train a dolphin. Mobile Signal Reception is not Guaranteed like you think it would be being 2026.

barely enough reception to make a phone call from our home 40 minutes from. Sydney CBD. Been the same for 25 years. Telstra knows we have no other choices here. I don't know how they are in business.

Won't auto recharge. Immediately recharges manually with same credit card details.
How come this app got 4.4 star??? App opening speed is way tooooooooooooooo slow and always randomly failed to login. Am overseas, roam suddenly stopped working, couldn't login to this FK app. no human to chat only AI bot.

auto recharge doesn't work. Telstra did not notify if there were any issues, then I missed important communications as a result
they drop out all the time with no reimbersment so im paying for a service that dosnt work.

hopeless ....
all i wanted was to disconnect my prepaid services. They simply wouldnt do it, at least 6 separate conversations in app.. im sure this is because of some bogus metric. Rest of the app is fine, shoutout to the staff in gibson melbourne, they were awesome.
so I download this Telstra app and just bombarded with advertising looking for emails, do you think you can find where to open that? hopeless!
