You still can't make your app work. I can't pay through the app because its janky. I have to call the pay line. I checked for app update.. none. Why? I gave up tapping the hamburger because it leads to blank screen. You can't even sell me your latest wares, because your app don't flow. I'd like to change my account payment method but No, janky. Don't you like money?

Now I can see why there are so many 1 Star reviews, there are so many different Version apps, why not just bunch a couple of them up and call it a day? just WHY!?
Verizon Sucks! I can't even get my voicemail notifications when I receive a voice message for me from doctors and this has been happening for 5 months and I have been calling in and calling in and calling and trying to get help and I cannot receive any help for this issue. I call once a month trying to resolve this issue and to no avail 5 months later I still have no voicemail notifications. It keeps getting turned off not by me but evidently there's a problem with my Motorola phone.

for the last several months, this app has been unreliable to connect to the internet 85% of the time even tho i have 5 bars of 5g signal. This is unacceptable.

Worst App Ever! This app, along with the website, has asked me to change my password, validate that it's me through another phone, and then won't allow me to do any of that. I've called and worked with their customer service/tech support and their solution? Wait 24 hours. I can switch carriers faster than that. Don't believe me? Watch.
The My Verizon App displays everything in Spanish but I speak American English. I tried everything to fix language but failed. Even my local Verizon Store Tech could not fix it. My Verizon sucks!
absolute garbage. wont login and if it does it's not really logging you in to anything, you can access the home screen (after 4-5 tries) and it shows you're logged in but every attempt at navigating through the menu takes you right back to the main page before it crashes to a white screen, real fun trying to check your balance or pay your bill.
Horrible customer service, lie about bills and has become as bad as AT&T.

Can't log in. Constant error messages. For years, this app has not worked. Totally useless.
when calling the 611 number they told me my payment was $40. I'd already made the other $20 of the payment earlier in the day and I was hit with the $401.33 instead they initiated the refund twice. I have the text messages saying that they would be refunded my bank's going to do it but I just wanted to report the apps developers so it can be taken off of Google Play if they're going to rob people

Iupdate this app is still not working. it was such a great app. no longer is. now to pay online is shows a blank screen. usually love this app, but recently it's not saving my sign in info. everything i sign in i have to request a new log in info then I must give a new password...which I save but verizon doesn't recognize it. Very annoying
Currently not working and when it does the bill is never ready when it says it will be.
Nothing works. Cannot do one single thing with this app
I have tried to log in multiple times and it keeps making me reset my password and still I can't access the site. This is super annoying and inconvenient to have to keep doing that
I would give this 0 stars if I could. It would be easier, faster, and less frustrating to drive to a physical store and wait in line to accomplish anything. And good luck resetting a password. Multiple screens, out of order prompts, and interface from he!!.
