0ne of the worst apps one can develop and manage. apparently, it belongs to 1900s rather than 2000s
non fa accedere . escono solo le pratiche. Tobi pare abbia qualche paralisi cerebrale essendo che oltre a dire "il tuo tempo è prezioso, prenota un appuntamento"

Nulla da eccepire sulla velocità della rete. Ma l'app è pessima, ogni due/tre settimane e per ogni aggiornamento si disconnette dall'account e costringe a rifare l'accesso ogni volta.
Sono passato a fastweb da mesi e queato geni mandano una lettera di recupero crediti riguardo una bolletta da pagare, ora non mi è neanche possibile accedere via app in quanto è rotta e non posso consultare le bollette, siete i migliori!
Ci fate fare una semplice la ricarica? se qualcuno ha finito il credito gli fate usare la app per piacere? non sto capendo...
Le finestre aperte dovrebbero rimanere aperte quando l' applicazione va in background. Non è che quando uno esce si riprende tutto da capo!
Zero stars if can give it. I followed their instructions on how to transfer my esim to another phone, did everything right, but i ended up without a sim because the app wont generate a new qr code because it says that it isnt possibile. stupid
Quando bisogna prelevare l'importo per attivare l'offerta lo fate immediatamente. Quando bisogna disattivarla, lo impedite dicendo che non è possibile effettuare l'operazione e di riprovare in un secondo momento. Dite ai vostri sviluppatori di andare a vendere patate, grazie.
not good for tourists. the app needs an Italian taxi code. all the links force the app open. Use another provider if you're a tourist.
haven't been able to use this app since january, called the customer service... At first I've been told i I had to make a new account because mine was not available anymore... When i asked for explanation the line when down... it happened twice with the same 'agent' who told me there is a 10 min limit for the calls🤔... When i finally got another agent i've been told that my account was safe but they had issue with the app for a while... That was at the beginning of February...
don't work properly, Tobi the assistant is slow and it isn't able to help in any kind of situation. Don't waste your time, try any other provider

these criminals keep posting advertisment of services despite I have never authorised them to do do. They act in blatant violation of the privacy. As they act criminally under the protection of their arrogant corporate power, any action taken by the users to stop them is legitimate.
Worst app ever! You can't manage your account without it, but it's also impossible to use, because you need to verify your identity with a document to access and the app simply doesn't process it. I've tried it with my ID card, my passport, my license and none work. Waste of my time.
La peggiore app che abbia mai usato in tutta la mia vita. Uso Vodafone da 3 anni, ho preso 2 numeri da loro, ma dal momento in cui ho preso il secondo numero, la mia app ha smesso di funzionare e anche il mio account. Ora ogni volta che provo ad aprire un account o ad accedere al mio account non funziona, dice che non riusciamo a trovare la tua mail, il tuo codice fiscale o il tuo numero. Questa app non funziona proprio!!! Ho provato a chiamare Vodafone e nemmeno loro sono riusciti a risolvere
Quando provo ad aprire Happy, ricevo sempre questo errore: ``` Info Abbiamo riscontrato un problema con il caricamento della pagina. Riprova più tardi. ``` Pertanto non sono affatto Happy di questa app.

Malfunzionante a livelli da truffa. Funziona solo da rete mobile Vodafone (se non avete più giga problema vostro!), poi anche lì va sempre in crash. Errori continui. Molti servizi non si caricano. Recuperato l'account, dá errori caricamento pagina e torna all'autenticazione. Getta in un loop infinito di codici di conferma mail e sms, poi continua a non funzionare. E il web costringe a usare la app! Richiede una enormità di permessi. Totale ignoranza informatica e sadismo. CAMBIARE OPERATORE ORA.
I've been in Italia for more than 3 month as a foreign student, and they still tell me they are updating their system, because of that I have not been able to even CREATE an account, cannot change my plan, can not charge my sim through app and many other problems. It is simply the worst choice if you are looking for a new sim.
Non funziona mai. Deve sempre mettere le credenziali, incluso la carta d'identità. Non posso fare nulla perché sul PC mi dice che devo aggiornare usando l'app ma l'app non si apre.

App inutilizzabile, fix necessaria
Crash continui. Dopo oltre un anno dalla prima recensione è rimasta un app che funziona male con errori frequenti. Forse persino peggio di prima.
Da oltre 3 mesi provo a completare la verifica biometrica e a scansionare la mia carta d'identità sull'app, ma non ci riesco mai. Non riesco nemmeno ad accedere all'app e non vedo i dettagli della mia offerta. Ogni mese devo chiamare il 414 per sapere il mio saldo. Un'app orribile.
This app is a complete trash, I can't sign up with my codice fiscale, so useless app.
L'app crasha di continuo. Quando tento di aprire le pagine "Maggiori dettagli" delle mie offerte attive, crasha. Quando provo a gestire alcune offerte attive, crasha. quando voglio disattivare offerte che non ho MAI attivato (per esempio: aggiungere giga gratis alla mia offera di giga illimitati???? 🙈🙈🙈) crasha. a che serve quindi?

This is the first time I rate at an app. It's shameful that a big communication company like Vodafone can make an app so disfunctional as this one. I was forced to install this app to manage my account, and it's just not working... Can't wait to uninstall this app
Vodafone da più di una settimana è pessima a Isorella Brescia, non è possibile effettuare o ricevere chiamate e nessuna connessione Internet dopo un mese, ti fanno pagare l'abbonamento
