The problems ranged from simply setting up an account and changing a password to getting the app to work properly. The AI Tobi is useless and a time waster. The only hotline that actually works is the complaints line.

Absolutely shocking. Vodafone gives customers almost no real control over their own network settings. For basic changes, you have to waste time contacting support and begging them to do it for you. This is outdated, frustrating, and unacceptable for a company this size.

possibly one of the worst apps I've ever used - some of the worst UX and navigation imaginable. using this app to accomplish anything will take 5x longer than it should and will take years off your life from the frustration you'll experience. it's worth changing carriers just to not deal with this awfully designed app. why it takes you out of the native app to load in the website baffles me - make one native instance, have options to interact on the pages dedicated to them, revamp the design.

waste of time. everytime I try to log in it logs in then says my broadband plan is not linked to this account. when i did this online they had a completely random mobile number so i couldnt log in and went roind in circles. im a mew customer and its only been a week yet i regret signing up so im gonna cancel as its not 14 days yet . what a joke

this app just does not work.... you try and access a menu item and it send to a main page that suggest you @manage everything in the myvodafone app" ??? er I was in the app !!! just keeps sending you round in the same loop... complete waste of time, called vodafone they didnt know how to solve either either .... jokers...this might explain why they "used to be no.1". but no longer are...it was only a PAYG sim so ive binned them off

the only reason why I'm giving this score is because I literally won a ticket to go watch the tennis at Wimbledon next month so other than that would rate it rubbish always have some sort of issue with the app. even when I try and login to my new account it just directs me back to the previous account for my old number plus when I want to check my remaining balance or bundles I have to ring them up and find out like that can't just send a simple message like what EE do for example BA to 150 that

Fraud app offering fake discounts. Sends me offers to buy expensive things pretending they are great offers but no genuine discount. Never won single item on last 5 years. All the competition offers already rigged by Vodafone employees and owners.

This app is so dated. A refresh is needed badly. The worst part is, most of this app just runs as a browser loading the Vodafone website. So you are better off just pinning their website as an app icon on your phone rather than downloading this waste of space.

Occasionally I get logged out of the app, and certain features like "Your Plan" or "Add extras" don't even work when I try to access. I get a message that reads "Feature currently unavailable"... for weeks. Your global or world roaming fees are horrendous as well. Horrible UI and UX

I've actually been with Vodafone since September 2018 upon my return to the UK but for the past 5 years, I've been encountering problems with them ranging from No proper Messaging Service, Network instability, Not being able to get back to full Contact and Data Flow disruptions! I only hope they'll be able to fix these Issues for I do love Vodafone cause they are Red and Red is quite Brilliant! Vodafone force you to use the app for everything, including any admin or account issues. but the app, when any setting change is selected, takes you to a page that asks you to download the app. It's a feedback loop of ultimate frustration. Can't do anything. absolute garbage service. Vodafone always has been mince, ever since the 90s. Unfortunately I need their network for my remote rural location, otherwise it would be a short relationship.

absolutely pathetic app! has it been made by a 3 year old with learning difficulties? out of all the apps I've had on my phone,this app is, without a doubt, the worst. it never loads. there are no settings to turn off motion sensor, which I wanted to do. you would think with Vodafone being such a huge company, they would at least have their technical side absolutely spot on,but you haven't. it's actually embarrassing. I cant understand your phone agents due to poor English 😕 ???
