What a prank. When I try to reset my PW, it takes me to play store to install the app which I have already installed and this circle goes on for ever. 😡
Awful experience, intermittent data with a bad covergae in many areas Salea team never tells you the full offer. They always hide the bad offer conditions, even if you clearly ask about it. Vodaphone will onboard you within 5 minutes, then you are the hostage of the company, it will take you muliple calls, 40 to 60 min to get the pin codes, the pack codes, the user name, the passwords ....etc, just to make you bored and stay with them, i was like being a hostage

doesn't make any sense whatsoever. when you dial 2345, how are you supposed to confirm your number? I've tried putting in my number "but it's not recognised" so how do you confirm? how does these silly bundles work? how is anyone who isn't a savvy teenager supposed to follow such nonsense jargon re: topping up? it's a mind field

fix this glitch please I am unable to log in every month is the same issue. the website sends me to the app to continue, the app sends me to the website to continue it takes far to long to log in and manage my plan. it is an absolute nightmare. God forbid you forget your password then it is an endless loop of nothingness. it is infuriating to deal with. how can such a huge network have such a poorly functioning website?

Terrible app in regards to getting logged into my account. Constantly crashes & asks to reset. Updated the app, tried the web browser on my laptop, still errors. I just want to buy a roaming extra
I'm with Vodafone for years and Vodafone used to have a really functional and stable application but latest updates with the opening animation which says" The Nations Network " take ages to finish and then another Vodafone animation and information screen!!! By the time application opens my home screen lock activates... Nearly 30 seconds which is an absolute application world record... I think you really should consider it to find a solution for it. I do not even open and check info or products
Awful app. Can't log in. I enter username and password and then the app says it will message a link to my number for added security but the message never arrives. When I try and alternate log in it forwards me to the useless chat bot where things get worse.
incredibly basic functions app, yet it is still somehow so slow and laggy so often. half the time the subscription function doesn't work and I have to top up manually. but when I'm out of data, I can't even use the app to top up! the feature just doesn't work! I have to go through the phone call method. then what is the point of the app if you can't even use it to top up without data?! waste of space worthless app. I regret choosing Vodafone as my data provider.

Vodafone are going down as I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years and still been turned down for an additional SIM and even if you are told you're entitled to a phone upgrade don't count on it as you will still get turned down even if you pay on time. I'm glad I'm with O2. Vodafone are now called vodaliars. all they do is disappoint their customers even if you clear your device plan as that good you still can't upgrade or get a new line. vodaliars don't care about your loyalty to them
extremely slow, nothing works. Had to go to the website to top up my number, it was more convenient than the app. uninstalling and will look for other providers as soon as I can

This app gets worse with every update. It now takes 15-30 seconds to load the homepage. Doesn't get any better within the app, slower than a tortoise on a Sunday. Vodafone, you can do better than this dysfunctional pile of junk?

It was working fine until the last update. Now logs me out as soon as I log in. Please fix it Vodafone. Just found the problem, turn off wi-fi on your phone.

Can't even find the rewards on my Vodafone, took one month to get a sim card, only to discover once I managed to get one that I don't get any signal in my area. Took weeks to cancel, offered vouchers as an apology but couldn't get them

The app is broken. If I select pay monthly phones, sim only deals etc I get taken to my browser.
Useless, I can't log in because I don't have a password, and when I click on the link for that it just puts me on the website with no password option. I also can't login offline either because it gives me an error. The number on the website to top up my phone doesn't work properly (the number given isn't anything to do with topping up, it just directs me to the app), so I literally cannot even top up. Absolutely ridiculous

Slow and clunky. Spent over an hour trying to register - still not!!! The "program" sends you round in circles. Type in the number and hit send & it dumps you back to a download the app page even though you're using the "app" Utterly useless
never works when you need it
i am going to be completely honest with you. I have never in my life experienced a more awful app and customer service until I bought a vodafone sim card. it's simply awful being unable to log in, reset password gets you into circles and never ever get's you there. there are not even follow up emails or calls from the company giving a sign that they see you are struggling with your activity. in the shops they wouldn't know to solve or give a suggestion. who is managing this is complete useless.
