☠️Horrible & getting worse as of June 2026! They have eliminated any Customer Service help & tech support for customers, & now provide just basic, vague info without response. They also now are failing to supply the basic sleep data which is their only remaining purpose! They just flash a "Thanks for your patience" message which has lasted for days! This is dangerous, since users rely on this info to monitor, adjust & control deadly sleep Apnea by adjusting Resmed equipment! ☠️

I deleted this app for about 6 months. I recently re-added it. it worked a couple weeks and now for the last few days it doesn't do anything. no data for Wednesday or Thursday. so the rating is staying at 1. you can't figure out that it should record each day from 12 am until 11:59 pm. that is a full day, 24 hours. it should go by whatever time zone you are in.. meaning the person using the machine. if you can't fix it what good is it?

app not working, does track time right.
Edit - Once again the developers release an update that doesn't work. The data is not pulling in at all now. The latest update to the app and to the airsense 11 software is terrible. The machine no longer shows the night's data. It only shows the 30 day summary. The machine says the seal was great but the app says it was a 0 out of 20. Untested software upgrades make for a terrible user experience.
Failing app. Will not download data.
The latest update broke the app. Synchronization with Health Connect (S25 Ultra) doesn't work, and for the last few days, it's been displaying data incorrectly. Please roll back to the previous version. The interface in the new version (the bottom of the screen) is very intrusive and disproportionately large. I will change my rating once previous version comes up.
Their update doesn't work!
I'm so disappointed. I wore my mask for over 7 hours last night and it didn't register it. Only registered 51 minutes. Not that I'm looking for the streak, but I want to make sure my doctor knows I'm using my machine. Maybe the company's gotta look into why this is happening.
Incorrect information. This app information does not reflect the correct number with the CAP machine. very disappointed!
this app is useless. The Airsense 11 machine is a downgrade. Extremely disappointed.
The current version of My Air does not install correctly on my android phone (android 16) and flat out does not work. It does, however, interfere with other software and installations during its lengthy unsuccessful attempts to install itself. Previous versions of My Air have always been buggy but not like this. Epic fail 😩
constant my air app cannot load last night's reading. It takes a number of restarts before I get a reading.
trying to set up my new device, I would have thought life would be easier, not. my wife and I share an email, had to setup a new one which will never be read. I set up my password, now it wouldn't take it. I don't think I need it now.
When you get a whole new machine and you cannot get the machine on your app cause this app does not have your whole new machine. It's a different machine, different everything, but it does not show you a replacement machine that you have. It just sticks with them too and they do not show you any other machines anymore. I think they need to upgrade their app to include other machines on it now that's why I give it one stathat's why I give it one star.
won't give me my data, they try to keep it in a proprietary format, give you only one pdf with no parameter. we are in 2026, stop vendor lock-in and open the data
Has stopped displaying health connect sleep data in this latest version, and yes I have enabled permissions, checked all permissions, health connect even reports the my air app is reading the data. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared caches, done everything support has told me to. Nothing fixes it. They don't even have a support page with known issues or bugs, very frustrating. Just say sorry it's a bug we are working on it, not that hard.
garbage app and equipment
have been using my machine for the past 2 weeks now and my device has still not synced to the app once. uninstalled and reinstalled app, removed decice and added it again, still no good. Resmed Airsense 10
I am not receiving daily data. I have done as asked and still have only received the first day. It's been 4 days and only one day of data.
This app is a joke and is worthless to me. does nothing other than tracking how many nights you sleep. Also the resmed machine works but will not let me connect to my home Internet or my pluse oxygen monitor. Other than that the machine is helping me. just the extra bells and whistles the drive up the cost are useless. also the app is a joke like said earlier.

Doesn't connect to a Pixel 10. Loops again and again to setup screen.
it stopped connecting with my Bluetooth so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now when I sign in it stays on the sign in screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app 4 times and I still can't log into it.
Med care app.... with no customer service, can not blue tooth device to phone and no one seems to have knowledge on how the app works. they tell you to email them then the response is in 3 to 7 days with nothing but the same exact instructions you received that did not work in the first place ... and this is medical equipment folks .

Am I missing something ? - there is no icon shortcut from my desktop to my account- If anyone has any ideas please let me know- I am looking for a desktop icon that takes me to my ResMed 10 readings.
it don't work!!! it looks like it's just continuing loading. then you get an error message saying it isn't working right now
Don't like the new interface. What was wrong with the old one. This one just feels cluttered and half baked. The stupid arc at the bottom looks like a plate has been left on the screen and I keep trying to move it out the way because it partially obscures the info underneath. And, why would I want instant access to my equipment (which is pretty much a once-off activity) in exchange for having to swipe up to see my daily scores - makes no sense at all. Please give us the option to go back !

missing my data
App worked fine until.the update on 6/25/2026. I restarted, deleted then uploaded the app again, and rescanned. In order for me to view last night's information, I need to have my Samsung S 24 on Bluetooth and my "Location" on. That wasn't required prior to the update on 6/25. Not sure what changed with the recent update but I'm not a fan of having to enable my location on my phone and Bluetooth to access information that wasn't required before. Thankfully, I can view info on the machine.
