Stupid junk app doesn't allow screen shots so you can't send to those who request it.
Comfort settings not available in the app for AirCurve devices. Only AirSense, been over a year. Support is useless and just tell you to go back to the point of sale ... for an app issue? Must be automated bots for customer service.
Really basic app missing so many features that we should have, like the pressure readings on the machine every night - that's just basic common sense that we should be given that data!! What even was the point of the forced update?? Nothing changed, no new features.
Try to download the app four times and still it hasn't loaded. What is the problem⁸
This is by far the worst app that I have ever used. They use air leaking as part of the mask on/mask off. I have my at set for auto on and auto off. It should only count that with it always being 1. Air leaking needs to be included in mask fit. Also, to see current status, you need go into settings then app, and then force the stop to get it to work. VERY BAD!!!

I purchased my device in Africa during my trip. I entered the serial and the device number trying to create an account. it stopped me there stating that I can't register my device and the serial doesn't much the region. This is very frustrating, I paid a lot of money for the device and I can't even use it correctly.
worked for the first week or so but ever since I cleaned the cache for the app, it hasn't worked and won't open. I've tried all the steps to try and fix it but it keeps showing an error message. please fix so I can keep using the app with my CPAP. please and thank you.
at first I loved the app could have been 5 stars....until I switched to a bipap ....there was this feature that you could adjust settings on my cpap and turn on and off your machine from your phone. They took it away for this bipap ..severe deal breaker.. this is an app for sleep.? now to adjust and turn on off you will need to get up out of your bed, when before I could do this laying down. This is a sleep disrupter. Im thinking about switching brands of bipap now

The "my streak" tracker is irritating. 12 days ago for 3 days I couldn't use the CPAP headcold.Then, perfect compliance for the next 9 days. My number of "streak freezes" kept DECREASING during those 9 days of COMPLIANCE. Today after the 9th day of compliance it announced that my 44 DAY STREAK IS OVER" why? How does this math work???? Also the compliance chart only shows the current month. so on 4/1 only ONE day is displayed.why not show the last 30 days so I can see how I'm doing as a whole?
No dark mode on an app you are supposed to use AT NIGHT? Also, there are data lags between the app and the device so that when I wake up AT NIGHT to check my usage I am blasted in the face with a VERY bright screen showing me old & stale data.
I am unable to pair my phone using Bluetooth to the ResMed 11. The AI helper failed to give me the correct information on doing this. The ResMed 11 is not putting out a signal to pair.
they just rolled out an AI component do not update this app. do not use this company anymore the only function of ai is to steal your data and destroy jobs in the search of profits. boycott the use of ai!

How is this app still having issues. It's been weeks it should be fixed now. Please sort it out Resmed, this is people's health 2026 and wow, still not working. Also, support couldn't fix things. what a joke!

Have only had my machine for 10 days, app was working fine the first week, but now it won't work on my phone. I uninstalled and now it won't install again on my phone, just sits there, thinking.
I recently bought a new phone and reinstalled the app to it, however, now it constantly states that "Myair app experienced an error. Please try again." I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times all failing. None of my profile, equipment, settings, history, show anything on the screen when it is running. Just continuously flashes the error message.
Bluetooth will not stay connected to my machine. Very frustrating when I want to adjust the machine in the middle of the night and my phone can't isn't paired to the unit, even though I paired it before I went to sleep.
Seems fine, until an error means I need help, and all there is is a garbage generative AI helper that told me to pair my device to my "AirMini" app... beyond disappointing

the app functions as you would expect, however my biggest complain is as soon as the mask comes off once. for example you wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom when you come back and put the mask back on and go back to sleep it does not count the second half of the night and then you maintain "low" scores and usage as it does not count anything past the first mask take off.

Constantly having to re-sync with health connect to get sleep data.
lost my 574 day streak. lost my 4 streak freezes in spite of having used the CPAP every night.

Worked great until it ended my sleep streak when I had sleep freezes left for that month. Hasn't worked since.
Please fix the streak issue. The app is showing I have been getting at least 4 hours a night for at least the last month (129 days+), but now I have lost it. This app typically works how I expect, but this is irritating. The streak feature is helpful.
The App looses my password. Now having great difficulty resetting password. program wony show me what im typing. This used to be a good app. Not any more. Garbage in Farbage out.
Bluetooth do not stay connected. Bluetooth does not connect most of the time.
No data last night? machine display says yes but no data sent to app. SD card in place, guess I'll reinstall everything.
