My favorite part of this app is being asked to sign in over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, and again, and again. It's so much fun. it works when it works but I have to sign in multiple times a week. Often multiple times a day.
Super slow and laggy. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app as support suggested and now it kicks me out constantly and I have to log in every other time I open it and it's even more unreliable at sending commands to the car.
The MyChevrolet App updated and no longer works on Samsung S24+ or S25+ phones. When I click "Sign In or Create Account" the app flashes and does nothing. Previously the app opened a web page where I would enter my login information then automatically returned to the apps home screen after I entered the SMS code. I tried accessing the app on my old phone and have no issues so this is specific to newer model Samsung phones. Update: Uninstall/reinstall & power on/off made zero difference
After the latest update, the ability to update the charge level in real time is no longer available

This app is horrible. It takes about 30 seconds to react to commands. I use it to remote start and precondition the vehicle. Three times, it has reported the vehicle as started, but it did not. How can they so badly mess up an acknowledgement?
Once again this app is a failure. I bought the new car and 2 months into my ownership the car quit communicating with the app and the telematic module broke. That took 6 months to get the part. Today, once again the app isn't communicating with the car. also the app when it did work was not very user friendly and was more interested in selling you stuff.

Me and my wife both have the app. Everything was working..... OK. All of a sudden we were both logged out now it won't log back in and says our credentials are invalid.
every day I have to resign into the app because I have been automatically signed out. seems to be an indication of security infrastructure problems with this app
Issues with this app: This app takes forever to start my vehicle, and lately, it won't accurately read fuel levels or maintenance. I can empty the tank, and it will show the gas level at 82% and 353 miles left. Refreshing, deleting the cache, force stopping, or reinstalling the app does not fix the problem. I was under the impression that it was just me, but apparently, it's a common issue. With all the money we spent on a new car, this type of issue is not supposed to happen at all.
This app never, ever works for anything relating to my 2023 Bolt. I can't ever see charging status, remote unlock, or anything else it is supposed to do. Nothing works, and they charge you for it

"For your security, you have been signed out due to inactivity." But does the OK button work to get out of this error message? It does not. The screen is totally unresponsive, rendering the app useless. Restarting does not fix the problem. FAIL Update: Welp, I ininstalled and reinstalled. Now it no longer shows charging info, just an ad to purchase OnStar service. So I guess I have to pay a monthly subscription fee just to see what the charging status is? Nope. Uninstalling.

we ran into a technical problem on our side. this version is not stable. roll it back. GPS and public charging fails. login issues. to avoid login try close and open and usually works. For some odd reason the car seems to have trouble with app communication when I am charging from solar panel system. I'm using pure sine wave 60hz 120VAC earth ground and OEM charger. weird Tesla has no similar problems.
Update back to the same problems here we are 4 months later and you guys still haven't fixed this app. It almost never works in glitches all the time it's currently glitching right now it's been glitching the same way for almost 2 weeks. Update: thank you for the response but here we are still fails commands on a regular basis in the days I actually need it It doesn't work... I stand by the one star and seen anything to prove me different...
truly the worst app on the market. it constantly logs you out. I've been trying to set the limit charge on my ev for 15 minutes and it fails every time. and that's not a rare occurrence. it typically falls due to errors. and even the few times it does work, it's painfully slow. the app is almost worthless and makes me consider trading the vehicle in. what a huge miss. I came here to see if there was an update to fix the failures and lag but I guess they gave up on it.
after new update I can't use app. when I open it says due to inactivity you need to log back in but won't accept ok click and can't back out. Basically locked up. I tried deleting cashe ect

Hardly works. Worked after uninstalling and reinstalling for 1 remote start..... Now throws a device not connected code. Requires an authentication code every reloggin which seems to be required any day you need it. year later still crashes, randomly logs out, and doesn't always start. bad app.
Can't sign in. I get the verify code by email, put it in and it doesn't log me in. Stuck in a sign in loop.
App is horrible. Often won't connect to the car at all, requiring me to uninstall and reinstall quite regularly. Upon reinstalling its common for my car to show up, but none of the features (doesnt show charge status or any of the options like remote start or climate options). When it does "work", it can take sometimes upward of 10 minutes for it to sync to my car (currently says unplugged, even though my cars been on the charger the last 40 minutes, regardless of how often I refresh it).

Having to pay for something you used to pffer for free with the newer models coming out is aboslute nonsense. Ya'll are greedy af. I will be enjoying the 30 day free trial and not paying for this feature. Tbh, most cold mornings, I forgot I could even use the remote start in the first place.
Needs improvement won't stay signed in and needs 2 step to sign in every time, Not sure if the developer tried the app after creating it.

Several times it won't start with ap. Tell me to start vehicle with key. After 1 week ap no longer connects to my New truck. App says 21 days without connecting to vehicle. very unhappy.
What's the point of having a password when you have to mfa through email verification code. Mfa screen is also broken because focusing on code field resends another 2fa code invalidating the last one. I've been unable to login ever since. So dumb they charge a subscription to locate your vehicle and can't even get their login page right.
