This app has gone from bad to worse. had it 3 years and it's never worked properly. I did an update may 26 and it takes ages to load now and half the information is missing like behaviour and lessons. what is going on, can't be that hard to improve the app to actually work. and now I'm unable to get it to or sign in.

not opening after recent update?
hopeless never get on the app have changed password everytime as it don't recognise the you did have fingerprint set up but they have gone won't be using

I am so sick of this app! It used to work well but now 9 times out of 10 I can't even log in. It just stays stuck on either the loading screen with the circle constantly spinning or it just sticks on the intro screen!!

Good for see your child's working but when it comes to doing selections for GCSEs the app won't turn on a mobile. So can't select anything as screen won't shrink or move to get to options.
Awful app and interface- so many clicks to do anything, messages in a big stream, no googlepay, no email notification of new messages, app notifications do not always arrive for new messages. It is the worst user interface and experience I have ever seen.

I can log on to the webpage and see everything but the app just won't let me connect.
App is very slow to start. Also, biometric login/auth appears twice in quick succession. Only one parent can see booked parents evening sessions. This app seems unfinished.
Very poor indeed. An interface reminiscent of the first post-ceefax websites of the early nineties, which perhaps could be bettered by almost anyone, anywhere. Uninstalled immediately in favour of the almost as poor but easier to ignore web version. I see mainly critical 3* and lower reviews of this app, and yet it has an average rating of 4.5 so I guess the developer knows well how to game the ratings system.
I did originally score this app 5*....... However, as parents, we are not notified when our child's dinner balance is low. There should be some sort of notification.
no longer works . this used to be great . until the last update . now I cannot see attendance or anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled checked for updates and its still not showing anything .. it use to work so what ever you have changed sort it out ...
Useless app! Homework cannot be filtered or organised. last year being displayed at the top of the list and unable to sort. I have to scroll through dozens of old items to see what is due soon. App dev team needs a disciplinary...
literally can't open anything the school sends on this. deleted and re installed multiple times, has my account checked multiple times and everything is all set up correctly but it won't alow me to open anything. terrible app from my experience

this app is supposed to use in good way but so hard and so complicated so set up. what is your point to create this app ? asking for developer and hope you will think carefully, not all parents knows well about tech. already sign up, already reset pw, already been approved by head teacher but still invalid email.
This system is the most unworkable one I have ever had to use. It's slow, full of glitches, completely counterintuitive when trying to locate data and does not allow for any deviation from the apparently generic and outdated protocols for safeguarding your children. It needs a significant overhaul.

Lacks the basics. The message set up is shocking and why do I need to top up separately for both children. I have used many school comms apps (parent mail, edulink, eduspot, parent pay) as I have 3 kids and this is the worst!of all. The only thing I can think of is, the schools are choosing for the cheap option.

Appalling start up times and authentication can sometimes be a matter of minutes. Problem is far worse after recent update, this isn't fit for purpose when school is messaging several times a day. Passwords now split across 2 domains, so not working with password managers. App relies on school configuring things correctly, which I imagine is a minefield for them since software developers have a habit of promising the world, but always insisting that users follow their specific train of logic

I could be updated reports, behaviour but no updated messages from Sept 2025. I thought the school change the contact method with email. in fact, other parents told me they could be received updated messages. I am using Samsung ultra 23, and reinstalled the app, still have this issues.
hard to use
Since the last update, the app doesn't work. Every piece of homework my child has ever been set is now showing up and there is no way for me to hide them. This is making it hard to see what homework they have been set.
