Terrible app school changed from class charts and you cannot see any information except timetable. No attendance information and basic functionality.

The people that use this app are low pay admin people that are not computer savy and do not have organisation skill jedi level to make this app work for parents or anyone. go back to level zero and speak with real state owned schools, also ask to see how this app is actually used by schools. it is appalling. this is why i believe in centralised government with capable and competent people making choices and analysing consequences and making corrections

Horrible to navigate, you also have to add money before choosing dinners, rather than selecting and then being able to see what you need to add.

terrible app. barely works and very glitchy and slow on rare occasions that it does work. always having to uninstall and reinstall.
stop unnecessary updates, it's works stop messing around with it for the sake of it , everytime you do it refuses to let me log in and I have to reset my password . it works, it's readable, that's all as parents we want.

Awful user experience. It's almost unusable. I think less of the school for using such poor outdated technology.
This app has gone from bad to worse. had it 3 years and it's never worked properly. I did an update may 26 and it takes ages to load now and half the information is missing like behaviour and lessons. what is going on, can't be that hard to improve the app to actually work. and now I'm unable to get it to or sign in.

I am so sick of this app! It used to work well but now 9 times out of 10 I can't even log in. It just stays stuck on either the loading screen with the circle constantly spinning or it just sticks on the intro screen!!

Frequently crashes, slow loading & logging out without reason. awful app.
Good for see your child's working but when it comes to doing selections for GCSEs the app won't turn on a mobile. So can't select anything as screen won't shrink or move to get to options.
Awful app and interface- so many clicks to do anything, messages in a big stream, no googlepay, no email notification of new messages, app notifications do not always arrive for new messages. It is the worst user interface and experience I have ever seen.

I can log on to the webpage and see everything but the app just won't let me connect.
App is very slow to start. Also, biometric login/auth appears twice in quick succession. Only one parent can see booked parents evening sessions. This app seems unfinished.
Very poor indeed. An interface reminiscent of the first post-ceefax websites of the early nineties, which perhaps could be bettered by almost anyone, anywhere. Uninstalled immediately in favour of the almost as poor but easier to ignore web version. I see mainly critical 3* and lower reviews of this app, and yet it has an average rating of 4.5 so I guess the developer knows well how to game the ratings system.
I did originally score this app 5*....... However, as parents, we are not notified when our child's dinner balance is low. There should be some sort of notification.
no longer works . this used to be great . until the last update . now I cannot see attendance or anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled checked for updates and its still not showing anything .. it use to work so what ever you have changed sort it out ...
Useless app! Homework cannot be filtered or organised. last year being displayed at the top of the list and unable to sort. I have to scroll through dozens of old items to see what is due soon. App dev team needs a disciplinary...
literally can't open anything the school sends on this. deleted and re installed multiple times, has my account checked multiple times and everything is all set up correctly but it won't alow me to open anything. terrible app from my experience
It's abysmal. The UI is horrible. Needs updating badly.
A few pairing issues with multiple accounts register in one. And layout is not too compatible with the key information relevant to preference.

Clearly not enough training in place for schools to configure correctly. We're forced to use this and have no means of redress or communication with Bromcom
Trying to print off the list for parents evening is a nightmare, as it won't print in a user-friendly format, and if you have to re-visit the app to print off, you can't.
messages is awful. cannot find messages easily when you need to revisit. cannot delete messages or easily see which ones I've read to those I haven't. hate it.
