Logged me out and never loads the page to log back in.
continuous sign in loop. sign in and it just goes back to the sign in page, then goes back to the sign in page, then goes back to the sign in page. you think it's annoying to read in a review, try repeating it just so you can get your insurance card. still haven't been able to get past the sign in page. Just called and requested a physical card.

can't even log in. I tried 5 times and it never registers. why exactly have an app if you make people use the web to log in and it never registers? messenger pigeon would be faster.
If I filter by in person appointments only, I expect to see a list of providers who are not "virtual only." The website has that issue as well. Also, when you go to reviews, it never loads, and when you go to get info on EAP, it always says something went wrong.
I wanted to look for a dentist by distance from my home. BUY it would only show me dentists in the city I live in. It's the same when I contacted customer service. When can I go to the dentist? NEAR MY HOME!?!?!?

Phone app that is useless on a tablet. It forces porterate mode which is unusable on a tablet. Garbage app forcing you to use website.
Won't load my ID cards and coverage. Even though I called customer service that still didn't fix the problem so tht I can see my coverage and my ID information.
trash app. terrible navigation, slow even ontop of a wifi router, and it doesn't even register your steps accurately. May be better with the sponsored apps and/or devices. bit as far as bare bones goes, this app isn't even worth gotten Marrow. It took 2 years just to get my name right.

Make sense of your transaction history: admin adjustment +, admin adjustment -, admin adjustment +, admin adjustment -. They should be sued for adding recurrent fictitious adjustments in the app.
app is slow, cuts off text regularly, crashes on me, and I just had to re-register my account to log in for some reason.
not impressed with the app. every time you open the app it asks you if you want to login or sign up. it should automatically detect that you are already logged in and have biometrics set up and bring them up right away to login quick and easy. however, once you passed that step the app needs forever to load. I mean forever. it's not seconds, it's in the minutes to even be able to do anything besides watching the loading circle of death.... needs a lot of improvement. logged out every 30 days.
USELESS!
use to be i login into the app, that's it. now im forced to use a code from my work email to log into my account on any device, even if its not readily accessible. and that remember device option is NOT a solution, i didn't sign up for 2FA/MFA features so I shouldn't need it for this app
I cannot ever login. I have called customer support many times, and they are unable to help. further, after wasting days and logging in, it is impossible to schedule appointments - the app constantly gives odd errors.

was told its for medi-cal it refused my information to make an account talking about needing employer.... AFTER GETTING MY SOCIAL so.... is this a scam or just anthem blue cross lying or what?

you'd think with all the money they save by not sending cards or paying for needed service they'd be able to engineer an app that doesn't need you to exit to a browser to log in. mfa closes said browser window and goes into endless loop of needing a new mfa code.
Worthless app, can't log in with biometrics because the app times out. Worst insurance I've ever had, doesn't cover any of my doctor's visits and prescriptions. Find a better provider.
Absolute idiots. You try to log in and they send you an emailed code that doesn't work, OR they kill the login while you're getting the code. Use the app tray? Yeah that doesn't work. I mean sure, they're only a MULTI-BILLION dollar company.

App is worse. Can't find care, loops, and crashes. Reinstalled and same. 😡 Old: App is getting worse. No help. Old: Foolish idiots can't even accept the password, won't reset the password, and can't help. Old: The fire department just sent the claim this new year for my ambulance ride that happened 11 months a go. Cigna will not cover this $2k bill because it was submitted to late; 11 months late. Yes, that is their BS reason.

New insurance. Looking for care, cannot sort by Nurse Practitioner. I then asked for MAP view of providers to find desired location and app force closed. I have to log back in to continue. Cannot find any of my providers in network. I am livid that I cannot keep my providers. 🤬 Transferring care is a NIGHTMARE.
slow and clunky. apparently I cant delete old debt cards. so ordering meds will take l9nger to do. Walgreens is much simpler to use. switch your prescriptions to walgreens
Cigna is trash. They auto enrolled me in a plan with a premium 20% more expensive than the last policy with zero prescription coverage and 3-4 times the out of pocket cost to see a specialist or get testing done.
