I cannot ever login. I have called customer support many times, and they are unable to help. further, after wasting days and logging in, it is impossible to schedule appointments - the app constantly gives odd errors.

was told its for medi-cal it refused my information to make an account talking about needing employer.... AFTER GETTING MY SOCIAL so.... is this a scam or just anthem blue cross lying or what?

Absolute idiots. You try to log in and they send you an emailed code that doesn't work, OR they kill the login while you're getting the code. Use the app tray? Yeah that doesn't work. I mean sure, they're only a MULTI-BILLION dollar company.

the whole point of biometrics is so you dont have to remember your password. i use the app once every 6 months.
I can't see anything on my home page because of your loading circle that never loads. I can't use the app at all. Can you fix the problem so we can use our app?
unable to login, retrieve username, or reset password! click register just i. case and get message that I already have an account. only way to get support is over the phone. DO BETTER!
not impressed with the app. every time you open the app it asks you if you want to login or sign up. it should automatically detect that you are already logged in and have biometrics set up and bring them up right away to login quick and easy. however, once you passed that step the app needs forever to load. I mean forever. it's not seconds, it's in the minutes to even be able to do anything besides watching the loading circle of death.... needs a lot of improvement.
I am very disappointed that the app is not available to my phone. The developer should use better common sense. I am not buying a new phone to use CIGNA's app. Customer service is greatly lacking.

Won't even tell me if the password is wrong (It isnt) or log in.
A frustrating experience top to bottom. Account creation is buggy and slow. Navigation is buggy and slow. Signing out doesn't even work -- the app actually hangs on sign out. AI could have made a better app with zero prompts. It's just sad because they know customers have no recourse.

I found the app to be useless since it directs me to a website, hence just bookmark the website and uninstall the app....

Can not access to my medical card on the app or online.
I use this app for the wellness portion as a fitness/step tracker and it is terrible. it doesn't integrate well with the two most popular platforms out there, Apple and Samsung Health. they want you to use a third party app. why wouldn't you make a separate app for fitness tracking only, and have it work with the two most common devices out there. instead you combined a junk insurance app with a junk fitness app for one big pile of you know what. app never adds my steps
set up password, log in name, and when I try all I get is black screen. I have uninstall and re-installed and the problem persist. I cant get my insurance card or anything. HELPPPPP
App crashes when trying to order prescriptions,and adding the required address, phone, and payment method.
pretty bad. I've been going through providers trying to schedule and most of the provider numbers are incorrect. also most of the numbers that do work no longer use cigna. so the app is mostly useless. you have to call their customer service and spend 30-minutes to an hour to finally get a list of provider and THEN you can finally start the process to get the help you need. very very poor app management from a company that makes more than enough money

slow and clunky. apparently I cant delete old debt cards. so ordering meds will take l9nger to do. Walgreens is much simpler to use. switch your prescriptions to walgreens
Cigna is trash. They auto enrolled me in a plan with a premium 20% more expensive than the last policy with zero prescription coverage and 3-4 times the out of pocket cost to see a specialist or get testing done.
