DPD is generally a horrible delivery service, so I'm not sure what I was expecting from the app. It's just as bad as the rest of their services. You can't really get any decent information out of it. The AI customer service is horribly trained, so it can't answer even the simplest things or locate a package even when you provide the package number. The phone number to the customer service is provided, but if you try to call it's always unavailable. Overall, just horrible. Zero stars.
Trash. Just opens websites inside the app. When I want to create delivery, I check for delivery details into another app, everything is gone and need to create it again from scratch.

Livraison échouée, sans appel, sans sonner, rien. Plus tard dans la même journée, hors de la plage horaire : "colis livrée avec preuve". Rien. Pas de preuve visible, aucune action possible depuis l'App. Une étoile, c'est de trop, vraiment.

horrible app, the live map shows the driver alternately teleporting between locations every time you open the same parcel with seconds between. theres no expected delivery time, or good notifications, and the interface is clunky. why doesnt the android bavk navigation work??
After installation you have to select your country and this always produces an error, with 'Service temporarily unavailable, please try again later.' App seems pointless, the old web interface worked absolutely fine. As the saying goes, "If it's not broken, don't fix it." EDIT: 2 weeks later, the service is still 'temporarily unavailable.' All in all, the app is useless.
Package delivered to a wrong town. Seller sent another package but i wasnt notified of it and i couldnt see the info due to zipcode not matching. how hard is it with all the technology like GPS and Internet to find an address in one of bigger more known streets in the largest city. Seller lost my confidence for no other reason but choosing a delivery service which is not up to the task.
A nightmare of a company. 20minuts on the line and still no answer, they do charge up to 0.3€/minute to call their line, still no answer. They offer the option to change the delivery address, but they don't respect their own procedures... two times after the first delivery still went to the old one, dismissing the new instructions totally... just go with literally anyone else guys
na versão de Portugal toda vez que sai da tela para pegar informações em outra aplicação tens de que iniciar o envio novamente. inclusive na parte do pagamento quando vai ao banco fazer o pagamento via MB way ao retornar um envio se desfez...
I am extremely disappointed with this delivery service. I stayed home all day waiting for a package that was scheduled to arrive between 11:33 AM and 12:33 PM. Suddenly, the tracking app claimed the parcel could not be delivered because the building number was incorrect. This is simply not true. My address is correct, and no delivery attempt was made. I had my doors open, live on the first level, and there was no knock, bell, or phone call. Customer service was unhelpful and blamed the sender.
the delivery today was out of my home and he did even go out of the car and say that i was not at home the worst delivery company in the world
it's been over a week the app shows "service temporarily unavailable, please try again later". I reinstalled the app today because I need to track my shipment and now it logged me out and doesn't let me log back in - same error comes up. Kind of surprised this hasn't been resolved immediately but oh well, that's what reviews are for?

Az appban nem lehet egy ideje módosítani a kiszállitási módokat, mert azt kéri, hogy azonosítsam magam, annak ellenére, hogy be vagyok jelentkezve.b Az ügyfélszolgálat csak annyit tud erre mondani, hogy sajnálja. A világ egyik legrosszabb cége a dpd.
DPD evidently uses nasty techniques to get the public to install their app. We found a printed qr note which leads to a webpage where you fill in the package info ID, and postal code is also needed. And now comes their trick: the webpage refuses to give the shipping details, stating that the postal code is wrong and that the only way to find the details without a postal code is via the Mydpd app. We were thus forced to install it and there our postal code miraculously worked...ugh!
their help chatbot is absolutely useless, and you have to pay 18€ an hour to talk to an actual human. my parcel has been delayed twice, no update for 5 days, and the delivery is still set for 2 days AGO. do not use DPD

total garbage of app and service, you cant do anything niether adjust the address, neither contact delivery person, BOT customer service responses... one of the worst delivery service on market
Almost useless.
Worked fine for a while (about 5 months), then it took very long to load (about 1 month) and now has stopped working completely. Says "Error" and does not open at all 🤷♀️
With a proper password it says incorrect password. Tried clearing chache, data. Nothing changed.

Unusable. Whenever I try to do **anything** on the app, it just throws "unknown error occurred". And I can't even open DPD links in a browser because they automatically lead you to the app. Good reason to use other delivery services.

Op de een of andere manier ben ik steeds weer uitgelogd op twee verschillende apparaten en als ik wil inloggen gebeurt er soms niks na het invullen van gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord. Alsof ik geen poging gedaan heb. Ondertussen wacht ik ook al 4 dagen op een pakket. Die schuift gewoon elke dag een dagje op. En waarom toont de eerste pagina alleen een welkomstboodschap? Veel handiger om meteen de status te zien. 24-04-2026: We zijn een jaar verder en het uitloggen is nog steeds een probleem.

DPD, just stick to web interface which worked previously. Unfortunately, now the link in sms forces you to download the app. And the app is totally useless. Cannot change delivery method to parcelshop, because it fails to authenticate the parcel. The error message says I should to use link from sms - which is exactly what I'm doing.
Since the latest update of April 2026, it now no longer opens 😢. It just spins round & round........ So, I've now uninstalled it 😔.
At least three different options in the app to be prompted to login but only one of them ACTUALLY logs you into your account. Used to work ok in the past and even better when it was just a website.
This app lies. Otherwise it gets hard to explain, how it sais 4 stops left for more than 2 hours, while showing it in the neighborhood without the truck being present.
Horrible extraction of customer data practices. Removed pretty much any functionality from their web to begin with, and now demand account creation as well. Will be demanding stores to use another courier whenever possible

Didžiumą laiko neveikia, nerodo siuntos net jei jau būni prisijungęs. Nuodoros iš žinučių, kurios reikalauja naudotis šia programėle norint pakeisti siuntos pristatymo laiką arba būdą neveikia. Sekti siuntą paprastai galėjau internetu, kam šios aplikacijos reikia, kuri didžiąją laiko dalį negali net siuntos surasti?
Does not meet deadlines - says one thing, writes another, does a third, and the apps show yet another set of information. Also tries to dodge responsibility, lies about having arrived, etc. And this has been the case with the last two deliveries. Really bad (Vilnius).
First, requesting an app to do basic things that a web page already can do is ridiculous. Second of all, services provided by DPD Lietuva are just unacceptable. Instead of delivering my package the DPD courier just drove through my yard and left. And then they marked the package as a damaged one and returned it to the sender. Oh and don't forget about the lack of any communication. You have to pry the info from them. Absolute trash.
