Op de een of andere manier ben ik steeds weer uitgelogd op twee verschillende apparaten en als ik wil inloggen gebeurt er soms niks na het invullen van gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord. Alsof ik geen poging gedaan heb. Ondertussen wacht ik ook al 4 dagen op een pakket. Die schuift gewoon elke dag een dagje op. En waarom toont de eerste pagina alleen een welkomstboodschap? Veel handiger om meteen de status te zien. 24-04-2026: We zijn een jaar verder en het uitloggen is nog steeds een probleem.
wordt letterlijk 0 reden gegeven als ze je pakket niet kunnen afleveren. geen email or iets. gewoon dat ze het niet konden bezorgen en veel plezier met uitvogelen hoe je het anders krijgtm nooit dit probleem gehad bij postnl of dhl

Since the latest update of April 2026, it now no longer opens 😢. It just spins round & round........ So, I've now uninstalled it 😔.
At least three different options in the app to be prompted to login but only one of them ACTUALLY logs you into your account. Used to work ok in the past and even better when it was just a website.
This app lies. Otherwise it gets hard to explain, how it sais 4 stops left for more than 2 hours, while showing it in the neighborhood without the truck being present.
Horrible extraction of customer data practices. Removed pretty much any functionality from their web to begin with, and now demand account creation as well. Will be demanding stores to use another courier whenever possible

Didžiumą laiko neveikia, nerodo siuntos net jei jau būni prisijungęs. Nuodoros iš žinučių, kurios reikalauja naudotis šia programėle norint pakeisti siuntos pristatymo laiką arba būdą neveikia. Sekti siuntą paprastai galėjau internetu, kam šios aplikacijos reikia, kuri didžiąją laiko dalį negali net siuntos surasti?
Does not meet deadlines - says one thing, writes another, does a third, and the apps show yet another set of information. Also tries to dodge responsibility, lies about having arrived, etc. And this has been the case with the last two deliveries. Really bad (Vilnius).
First, requesting an app to do basic things that a web page already can do is ridiculous. Second of all, services provided by DPD Lietuva are just unacceptable. Instead of delivering my package the DPD courier just drove through my yard and left. And then they marked the package as a damaged one and returned it to the sender. Oh and don't forget about the lack of any communication. You have to pry the info from them. Absolute trash.

Does not work, all services unavailable. Forced to accept random delivery when not at home. Annoying that as a user I need to download the app to even attempt to change this.

Terrible app! When i click on Login it tries to open Firefox but it shows the in-app login button. This repeats like two or three times. And when it does open Firefox is just an empty / black screen. Tried to login MANY TIMES! Useless! I'm removing the app.

Terrible app. the tracking does not work, when we click on "see pickup point details", it just sends you to a list of pickup points available in your area but never tells you which one my parcel was delivered to. It's a mess, and it mixes all the addresses (your home address with the pickup point ...)
broken app. after logging in, I can't use it as I just get a pop up to receive promotions & vouchers and no matter what I choose, when I try to go to another tab, it pops up again.

Why do I need an app for this?
it is totally useless app. Especially if you need urgently send something it fails. Not friendly, all resets. Don't waste your time. I eventually send my parcel via normal postal service.

Aplikāciju ienīstu. Visu laiku kautkas nestrada un neļauj neko. Pilnīgi bezjēdzīgs. Un vēl piespiedu kārtā tas jāizmanto

Impossible de définir un lieu sûr: erreur "un, problème inconnu est survenu". Que des problèmes avec DPD... avec bpost c'est tellement plus fiable.
voor een bedrijf dat vereist om de app te downloaden om een dpd service point te kiezen voor levering, en dan de optie niet toelaat om uberhaupt de levering te wijzigen, is dit een super waste of time

very little info, and when I want to change the day of the delivery I have to enter an sms code which I am not sent, or I get a message 'service not available try later'. no notification that the package is out for delivery, and no time estimate. quite useless.
Well. App doesn't show any of my packages anymore. Via websites it works with the same credentials (of course). Why are delivered packages still in 'Incoming' for at least 24 hours? Confusing and unnecessary.
Haven't had any other courier demand I install their worthless data collecting app just so I could redirect a parcel. The website is pathetic and just redirects to an email, which forces the app. The app itself is just a browser wrapper, which means it does NOTHING. Garbage data harvesting ""courier"" service.

u principu je neizvedivo prebaciti paket na pick up lokaciju preko aplikacije. i ovo je lose. puno puta ste mi paket ostavili na kraju u Sesvetama u svom centru a zivim 50 km dalje.
Terrible service. terrible customer service... They didn't send me an email or message that they were on their way with my packet. When I tried to check their app, it showed that my package was returned to the sender. I called them and they told me that there's nothing they can do and hang up on me..Like they couldn't even place it at an afhaal punt... Terrible company, Terrible customer service....I don't think they're trained to even talk to customers...
Absolutely no support option besides a chat bot that can only repeat the tracking info available under My parcels. Wrong delivery status, cannot share details. It's also available for a set number of countries, but if the order goes to a different country, it becomes unusable for order management. What is the point of requiring an app when other carriers just use a simple QR code is beyond me. Horrible client experience.
