Pretty disappointed and Frustrated that I cannot use the Air purifier that I just purchased due to the app failing to launch. I contacted customer support and there is a 5 day wait to talk to someone to troubleshoot the issue. Not good enough considering the price tag that come with purchasing a Dyson product.
can't get the app to work. spent $2000 on an appliance i can't use because the app wont work.
mt tp07 working fine, already 1 year +, but my new tp12 alrrady swap 1 to 1 due to its wifi issue. after that swap, the tp12 looks ok. but never reach 10days and its sensor like hang n needs me to reset. why this tp12 got many issue and i have no time to go to service center to repair possible swap it.
Outdoor air quality reading dangerously incorrect by an order of magnitude (showing 93 AQI when EPA shows 9.3 AQI). simple misplaced period in upstream data source, remains unfixed. Cannot disable useless "inbox" anti-feature. Dyson knows their social capital is gone, now they are mining us to obtain the other forms of capital. Also website has no IPv6. Also, why is the file size so big?

Spyware, requires login for no reason.
constantly flashing white on the power button. you reset your machine and within 10 minutes its flashing again horrible machine for the price it was.
whenever I try to set up the machine time zone, the app always shows "we are having trouble connecting" even while the app still remains connected with the machine 😞
planned obsolescence part broke early - can't do warranty over the app - chat bot is useless. requests bt and location and registration and still doesn't know what vacuum you own. app is useless.

Could never login to this app. password reset link lands in error which never been resolved ever. Dyson online support is confused and more confusing. I wish Dyson invests on good resources as well along with branding and apps that never works.

Too troublesome, need to download the unnecessary apps instead of logging on the website.
Terrible app and also Dyson robot vac. Both are not user friendly and were a complete waste of money. The vac is always confused and always leaves each room with debris even though it says complete.
I am based in Malaysia but from time to time the apps will erase my profile and request me to re-login. The worst part is it thinks I am in China, and the login screen can only accept China cellphone number. Erasing apps data and location on do not help at all. I have to reinstall the apps.
Why the hell do you need so much information to connect to a fan ?
HEADPHONES KEEP SWITCHING TO DIFFERENT ISOLATION MODES AFTER JUST ACCIDENTLY KNOCKING THEM. THE APP IS A DISASTER. WHY IS THERE NO OPTION TO THIS SWITCH OFF PERMANENTLY.
2025 was the best year for this app. Had a lot of good stuff on it for features. Now this app is Garbage 🗑️ and it's not good.
Won't connect to WiFi. Reconnect WiFi. Says wrong password. Absolutely is correct password.
5 years... so many issues. Terrible app. always loses connectivity. 'There appears to be a problem connecting to your machine' Have had the same issues for 4 years. Big company, can't make an app that works properly...
How about you stop the constant pairing requests from Dyson v16 to the phone? No other devices by other companies have this issue. if you're paying €900 for a hoover you don't expect such a terrible implementation of Bluetooth.
App sends you ads / marketing material via notifications, even if you choose in the app not to receive it.
After trying umpteenth times entering credentials, resetting password, getting new code, changing e-mails to log into this app, still no success.

Dyson removed the pause detect feature with the last update of the Co-anda 2x. I'm livid.
I just wanted to get warranty support for my defective vacuum. Their phone line menu makes it impossible. Their chat support makes it impossible. This app then requires Bluetooth and location permissions before I can add a device. This is 1 start for Dyson as a company as well as 1 star for this app.
Dyson killed the main reason I kept my HP09 heater instead of returning it, years after I purchased it and blamed UL 1278 standards instead of taking accountability. This update doesn't allow the fan to keep running at the fan speed I set after the heater gets to temp effectively ruining how well it heats a room. I now have to manually switch it between cool and heat constantly all because they changed the default setting. Will never be buying from Dyson again seeing that they can brick devices

functionality of app is hardly depends on robot itself but it's awful. it's always necessary to follow robot to keep it working, returning, to switch light on to let it see etc. sad story
We bought the 360 Vis Nav and it is one of the worst robots I have ever seen. Always lost, app bugs (if you want to clean specific room the robot has to clean all rooms in the path), app constant crashes... Honestly Dyson, this robot is really disappointing. I would rather buy a Roborock next time.
I just want help
When i try to use the app it sometimes logs me out and i have to log in using a mobile number but i cant do that because it puts in the wrong land code phone number on its own. The only fix that worked for me last time was to reinstall it.

Use Dyson devices occasionally and it still drains battery more than any other app on my phone??? Not cool.... Also just used as a giant vehicle for ads rather than a useful addition to devices. Reply from Dyson does not address the crux of my issue that the Dyson app uses 3 to 4 times more battery usage than the next most battery taxing app on my phone and that happens even when the app is not even being used interactively for days.

Maybe it is not the app's fault, but connecting with my Dyson visnav works very poorly. Scheduled cleans are almost never executed and manually starting a clean takes ages because the app cannot establish a connection. Its 2026. This kind of issue would have been sad 15 years ago. Today it is absolutely pathetic. Especially for a "premium" brand like Dyson. If i spend 1300€ on a product i expect the app to connect to it instantaneously. Lovense can do it. Why is dyson incapable to do the same?
Dyson Viz Nsv needs new brain. I have two. 1st, to operate effectively, it needs light bcz it gets lost in semi dark rooms (eg, cant find docking stations). wheels lock up constantly. in docking station, it asked to be docked properly. when these two meets, they get confused. often, it takes forever to prepare vacuuming, like 28 min. I need to reboot often.
V8 does good but holder has only 2 attachments while there is 5 accessories cheaper ones have the provision and Dyson app is a spy why l have to put my email etc no way .
