can't login. i don't know why i can't paste the username and password on the field. needs to be manually typed so you are forced to use a simple password
The tools like payment plan setup, etc are broken, do not work

It doesn't work. This app just gets worse and worse, as does ENGIE. The app refused to work, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now it will not appear on my phone screen and I have to go through the play store evert time I want to access my account. Yes, I repeated the uninstall/install process and even restarted my phone. No app. ENGIE seems to spend all its time making things which should be easy almost impossible.

I switched to Engee last Oct and I recently noticed my bills there is HIGH SEASON DEMAND changing -$14.0760/kw and $14.5452. I talked to one of their customer care person and he didn't give me a satisfactory replay and he told me its mentioned on the welcome pack. I suddenly switch to AGL. This is my Engee experience. Thanks.
No actual person to talk to, prefer when it was simple energy least you could speak to someone. You call, and you just get referred back to the app to make an enquiry!!!

I submitted an enquiry about cancelling. They marked my enquiry as completed but I have tried both my phone and two different browsers on my laptop, but I can't even see the response. Obstructive and useless.
Customer service is absolutely Rubbish they do not know what they are doing rang to get bill fixed and they said no record of conversation so had to start all over again I'm thinking of changing provider.

I've been with Engie sixe 14 October (2.5 months) on monthly billing and have yet to receive a bill despite lodging a complaint. If it's not resolved in 14 days I'll be lodging with the Ombudsman. Have a nice day xo
App keeps crashing while trying to fetch account details
doesn't deserve even one star. Bills have always been a surpise as I never received bills neither on app nor via emails. Staff over the phone/email don't what they are doing. most importantly, more expensive than other suppliers for either electicity and gas despite their horrible service
I do NOT appreciate being harrassed every single day to pay a bill which is not due yet for nearly two weeks!
the app on ios in horizontal view on an ipad draws widgets that have the apply button drawn off the screen in daily mode. this is terrible as you cant select a daily range to apply.
My electricity was scheduled to be connected 3 weeks prior to moving in. On moving day no electricity. Called they advised it would be available in 4 hours. It was not, the office closed for the weekend, all my fridge and freezer food has gone off. Day 3 still no electricity.
Worst energy provider I've ever been with. App is frequently not functioning, just one of many issues with this company. Responding to the person from Engie who responded to my review: I will have to call your customer service because the app doesn't work. Details of the current fault with the app are in the Google review I just posted. I really don't want to call, because the quality of support your company provides over the phone is consistently even worse than the reliability of your app.
absolutely stupid that you can't disconnect your service online from the app.. what's the use of having an app ... wake up engine its 2025

The app wasn't working - you couldn't see your details and it keeps crashing.
It's been 2 months, and they still don't have my address linked to my account. Someone else's address is linked to my account, along with my previous address. And to fix this, I will have to spend more hours on the phone. Not impressed Engie.
Pathetic really. I added concession card that they had accepted and just before bill was about to be due they said we need to update it so fill out a form. the concession cards weren't even expired. they do credit checks and reject people from applying, my wife never even have ever had a credit card. their forms are also not fillable online. really pathetic experience. never coming back again.
Horrendous. Ever since Simply Energy moved to Engie the service has been astonishing poor. I've lost count of the amount of times I've called to rectify issues only for them to somehow make them WORSE. For example, I disconnected utilities from one property and connected utilities to another. They removed them from both. Then blamed me. I got it connected to the new property again. Waited. Called them only to find they cancelled it without notice and said I cancelled it. WTAF.
Can't get into my details. I log in OK then just get flashing panels. I can see some info but not crucial stuff like my billing and balances
Not accurate at all. Solar feed in all ways added up wrong. power usage is the same.
No response to messages left, and the app doesn't load or connect
edit: still not working have been told be week to fix yet its still not working and been amonth since told this. when was working it allowed me to add an advanced payment which i really need to do . i am dissappointed in this app and even struggle to have it load properly now in website . please get rid of latest update it not working properly doesnt load the information for the account to at this point i wish i had a bpay option so i could at least make my advanced payments gah!

After getting a record high bill transferred to a different provider and got a new higher. Everyone thinking of signing on best to avoid engie

Power usage visualisation graph is slow and inconvenient. Competitors have it much better in their apps. I also don't see a point in biometric auth for this app - it's not a banking app after all...
don't no how I could use that much at get a bill like that when im the only one living here . an u only do asestment an don't even come out here to take a reading if it's going be like this I'll change pervider
AGL app is much EASIER to view daily usage. have a look at that one and please do something similar here.
Have yr latest ver 1.17 that days have fixed an issue with concession card submission but I cannot enter anything in the Expiry Date box so it won"t let me submit application!!
impossible to deal with. spent so much time on phone speaking with people who did not understand. they kept booking appointments to install a digital meter and not liaising with electricians to upgrade the panel first.
don't like the cost/usage graphs.
