0. they keep locking my account because supposedly my Internet has a VPN. called my provider and it does not. called Equifax customer service 3 different times for this same situation and today the rep hung up when her only answer was to blame the VPN and my provider

The April 29th update caused an error stating no internet connection & I can't get past it, reinstalled app & still getting error, app is completely broken & unusable now
won't let me sign into my existing account, keeps telling me I have no Internet, but where it says join for free will let me proceed up to the point I try to join and the it say account already exists please use login button, send me back to just login to tell me either they're having a problem or I don't have internet tells me to force stop the app and try again which I've done repeatedly and get nowhere!

Not working at all. I have reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, deleted the app, and reinstalled the app. The app just does not work.
Horrible unable to log in to account created, and customer service had no understanding of issue and did not reach out as promised.

It's horrible! They actually sent the results of my fraud report to the fraudster's address!! I'm livid! They are such jerks and you can't even get in touch with them! I'd give them a zero if I could. 😡😡😡😡 They apparently have hired fraudster representatives who are continuously helping the scammers out there. Come on now. Check who you are hiring and the poor job they are doing when you get these kind of bad reviews of which there are many. Hello Human Resource Directors...do your job!!
App no longer works since the recent update. When try to login I keep getting a no network connection message.

No one responds, I haven't been able to get in my account since I first signed up. But they keep taking my money and have yet to speak with anyone. I want a refund. This is terrible.
Updated app. Now the 'Open' button doesn't work.
Went to join for free, and it took me to a blank screen. Reloaded it and still a blank screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still a blank screen, it never moved beyond a blank white screen. Disappointing.
Installed the app so I could leave a one star review because this company will not allow you to unsubscribe from their email list. I didn't sign up for this, I don't want it, I didn't consent to it. They send multiple emails a month which cannot be unsubscribe from, you cannot opt out, and blocking will break credit freeze alerts. Shame.

I can't see my credit score
My id was stolen from this app & cost me EVERYTHING! There's NO way to recover from this! Couldn't get settlement chks frm ANY of data breeches bc ALLmy accts were hijacked! Can't get credit/chkng acct or even free govt phone or access MY SS/IRS accts! ONLY got last stimulus chk Didn't know about 1st 2! Lost all my photo/email accts, denied renting/buying vehicle or ANY type credit, can't dispute false chgs/accts unless I knw all info/pwds/even exact amounts, addys, #s etc used by imposters!

Doesn't give you the option to not use biometrics or receive notifications (you have to tell your phone not to). Forces you to leave a review. Any apps that shove a review in my face get 1 star.
How has it improved an bug fix because it keeps telling me to update after 3 attempts.. 😫

I was unsuccessful after several attempts to reset the password. Entering the date of birth consumed too much time because you had to continue going back to year of date.
Stupid idiots forced me to update, but after I've done so on my Android, when I attempt to open the app, it goes back to the same screen that forced me to update in the first place, saying "Update is Required"! How are MORONS like this allowed to decided the financial fates of so many people in this country?!!
I have had to call you 1000 times and reset 1001 times. on app & site. Your app and site are trash!!!! Also can't understand operator half the time! Fire your IT personal. Get a new web designer for starters!!!! How many times does it take ??? 1002 atleast.

No wonder few creditors use it. I have never made any payment late and have no derogatory things on my credit and I am considered only fair to borderline good. My FICO 8 is 75 points higher.
