Sconsigliati! Al telefono mi hanno detto di consegnare il modem in negozio, sono andato e mi hanno detto che non c'era bisogno, dopo di che mi arriva una multa di 100€. Vergogna.
fate schifo, mi avete completamente disattivato la sim senza motivo, non ho potuto nemmeno più lavorare, non ci tornerei nemmeno se mi pagano

Recensione del servizio: Pessimo, il gestore (Fastweb) si prende la libertà di aumentare il prezzo della promozione a piacimento dandomi in cambio più giga di quelli che utilizzerei normalmente, consiglio di non affidarsi a questo operatore e cambiare ad uno più onesto il prima possibile.
App accettabile, ma pessimo servizio.
lousy app lousy service. This app is poorly designed, it doesn't give feedback when making a simple change like updating the bank details. The worst part is that it is impossible to get in touch with Fastweb if you don't have an Italian phone number. They have WhatsApp but it doesn't work with a foreign number. Why? Make some simple changes and bring the app to 2025 please. I tried to go to Fastweb store, but they are useless, too. Sad. The developers replied, but they were useless as expected.
La app FA SCHIFO!!! E questi qui sarebbero un operatore telefonico di alto livello?! Ma se la app dice di continuo "connessione assente" mentre TUTTO il resto sul mio cellulare nello stesso istante funziona benissimo... No comment. E hanno pure il coraggio di aumentare il prezzo di ben 2 € tra pochi mesi?!

doesnt work most of the time. coverage in Italy is extremely poor , extremly slow and doesnt connect most of the time even in big cities. outside almost inexistent. I stronlgy recommend sny other network than this amateur one.
semplicemente ridicola un'app lentissima e ogni volta che c'è un problema da segnalare l'app crasha con errori random "servizio non disponibile", "errore di connessione", "riprova più tardi"... ovviamente è impossibile segnalare errori e problemi se l'app non funziona quando serve. Amatoriale è un complimento
Buongiorno, Ho provato a registrarmi per la prima volta sull'app My Fast Web, ma quando inserisco il mio username e la password ricevo il messaggio di errore: "Attenzione: username è errata". Ho controllato che lo username sia corretto e senza spazi extra. Vi chiedo gentilmente di verificare il mio account o indicarmi come risolvere il problema. Grazie per l'assistenza!
3/4 dei bottoni danno errori; l'app è lentissima; gni volta che la apri non ti apre una sola istanza ma 3 istanze della stessa. Lo speed test è fasullo (ti dà come valori OK, anche se hai un problema e vai a 0.12mb al secondo), è impossibile connettersi al modem. L'app meno funzionale che esista, potete anche non scaricarla per quanto faccia schifo. I commenti positivi sono dei bot.

Se vai all'estero in estate per tre mesi ti ritrovi due mesi di offerta da pagare anche se non hai il contratto e non usi dati mobili o chiamate

First learn how to design an app and how to give easy access to clients to the app. If you do not have handy access and easy things to access how you want to grow a client base? I'm tired sooner or later I'll move out to another service. if you target a senior client, house wife, teenager then consider very easy access. You don't have easy access, don't have good customer service those things can't be hidden under 2-4 high start reviews, it's gradually declined your client base.
This app does not compatible with Huawei.ph. Why very cheap short .

Vi nascondete dietro contatti telefonici. che non arrivano mai ed aplicazioni che non forniscono spiegazioni. Vergogna! Da 3 settimane non siete statti capaci di portare il mio nr di telefono da VDF a FWEB. Tutte buggie!
