Unusable unless tou subscribe. no thank you. can use any AI platform to develop a plan for free and then use literally any other app to track. Do not recommend!!
I've had this app for 12 weeks, paid subscription, and all of a sudden it stops working and on week 13 it gives me 1 random exercise and that's it, even though I have my settings at 5x a week for a duration of 60 mins upper/lower full split. I have 1. forced stopped. 2. cleared cache. 3 logged out and back on. 4. unistalled the app and reinstalled. 5. have sent emails to support as well as messages on the app chat. Yet I am getting no assistance, it's disappointing.
The app wasn't for me, which is fair enough. However be warned about the automatic renewal. No emails/communication advising a renewal charge is coming, and customer service response is basically 'tough...carry on using the app you don't use till November.'
garbage app - glitches, deletes reps and progress mid training.

Don't buy this program unless you're strong enough to tackle the so-called "beginner" exercises, which are actually designed for someone who just graduated from Boot Camp. And you can't get your money back unless you workout for so many hours. Buyer beware!
you can't even try it without them wanting a card for Trial. There's no free version. Don't waste your time filling out the stuff because you can't get it for free. Too bad , they don't tell you that in the beginning , because you waste your time.

Ridiculously expensive. you must be careful when you sign up because they enroll you in a subscription without telling you. they charge 39.99 every three months! you can pay 2.99 a month for a app called Hevy and get the same thing. they refuse to give your money back after you realize the charge , and didn't use the app after being billed. the customer service is horrible. I had to file a dispute with my bank for a chargeback.
I paid money, thinking it would give me a good workout. the workout i got from the app was readily available in my gym, FOR FREE. no warm ups, no cool downs, no mobility and no flexibility. even to get refund i have to do 10 workouts. i have a better workout with me, i guess i am not getting my money back. wouldn't recommend anyone. Also, not begginers friendly.
Looked at the app, denied the plan, clicked no, then my Google account was charged. Going to dispute this with my bank because predatory apps like this shouldn't get away with fraud. I contacted the support team and they told me to get my refund from Google.
predatory app!!!!! I bought it, determined it was way more trouble to operate than it was worth, attempted to cancel and was informed I had to open it and run 6 separate work outs before I could request a refund. explained it was too complicated to operate and was basically told tough luck. wasted money.
I am trying to disable this app. I have sent an email. I urgently require assistance to cancel this app. this is unprofessional and deceitful. I want the subscription cancelled immediately. also I never agreed to auto renewals how to cancel this app
this app is just going to steal your money and say they cant refund because of 'autorenewal' that you never wanted. and it doesnt even scale the weight for you as it claims. obviously it cant be 'cancelled at anytime' if you still take my money now can it.🤡

You can't see what the programs are like without paying. Then, once you pay. and if you dont like the product, you can't get your money back. Yes, its in the terms of agreement, that you can't get a refund if you dont like the product....once its translated. The workouts lack substance.
Sissy Squat???!!!! Just signed up for this app. In my first workout there is an exercise called a sissy squat. I thought, "are they for real"? I can't believe that they would use such language. Is there someone to talk to about why this is so wrong and to get it changed. Disappointed
BE CARFUL, Their 30 money back garantee is a scam, I tried to cancel 10 minutes after signing up and they wont refund my subscription. This is a scam.
beware. I do not even have this app or any communication from them yet I have been debited on 3 separate occasions, first for £29.99 then £49.99 six months later and again. they do not respond to emails and PayPal require you to liaise with them to resolve
You must be joking. Why would I do SEVENTEEN reps at five pounds instead of the standard 8-12 at ten pounds?? I pay you for this TERRIBLE advice? I told the app it was too easy, so it ups the reps to NINETEEN at five pounds? NO personal trainer would ever suggest that many reps for a woman of my size.
dosnt include any cardio machines or even an option.. also no warm up cool down. no treadmill. no bike. no rowing machine.. only basic weights machines

Need more flexibility to customize exercises. Can't change body area or equipment. Limited library of exercises. Too expensive for what it does.

some sets clear themselves after finishing
when I was trying to put my last set in it kept wiping the rest clean then when I ended the session it told me I'd missed some
Used the app for about a year and did not see a lot of progress. I did not feel the AI pushed me enough as I went several weeks at the same lifting weight. The AI does change the exercise routine, but it takes 8-10 weeks to do so, so not ideal if you find routines get stale quickly.
okay app but tried to cancel more than 3x as i wasnt using this app since end of 2024 but still charging me,its now 2026 no one to contact .
