Why do I have always reinstall the app over and over again. Either it doesn't even recognize my phone already connected to the wifi or it shows it in orange colour or I have to tap the button "open interface" as it would be some kind of sport. And even then it's totally randomly if it reacts or not. Used to better quality by fritz. 5 Stars if it would work smoothly.

Only allow to add my fritzbox by ip, to then complain my letsencrypt certificate does not match, every single time. Some messages are in German, really annoying. Edit: the certificate issue has not been solved in one year, I have been asked to report through the proper channels so it can be officially ignored.
unusable. to connect to the FritzBox it creates a user, that you cannot edit and requires a password that it states is the password for the FritzBox - this doesn't work. it clearly states not the WiFi password, the FritzBox password, whatever, I have lost days now trying to set up my internet with my ISP and the FritzBox is already throttling a 500mbps line down to 65mbps and this is close to the final straw.

The app is pretty much useless, since you have to access the browser for almost everything. Why not put the Infos and configs directly in app? If I wanted to access it via browser, I would go straight to the browser. We have apps exactly to not have to access the browser for everything. Completely disappointing.
Obscure and difficult setup
Doesn't do THe ONE THING it is supposed to do: let you manage your fritzbox from an app instead of the browser. Useless

Die App schafft es trotz manuellem eingeben oder QR scannen nicht Verbindung mit meiner Fritzbox aufzubauen. Obwohl ich einen Internetzugang habe und dieser auch funktioniert. Dieser aber auch zufällig sich Nachts deaktiviert und mal für mehrere Minuten weg ist. Das Problem liegt also eher am Router als Vodafone. Wozu zahl ich so viel für ne Fritzbox wenn sie nicht funktioniert, nicht mal das neueste Modell, toll gemacht
VPN connection cannot be established. WireGuard worked. All the time asks for passwords and cannot access autofilled passwords. Terrible app, really annoying. Unbelievable they earn hundreds of millions.
The credentials are stored in the app, but you cannot access the router from on-the-go even if you have set up a fritz account... Edit: regarding the answer I got from the developer, all instructions refer to what to do AFTER you have access to the user interface. The problem is that you cannot access the user interface unless you remember the randomly assigned username, cause even if you save it in the app, it doesn't let you use it if you are on the go!
There was no username provided with the device only password. For log in username is must so its impossible to use this app.

The app does not find my Fritz!Box 7590. The wifi is set properly but I cannot make the connection.
Just as useless as the router which can't be found... thanks for no reset button and a garbage router that costs 250 CHF and works for 1 year Absolutely unbelievable fritzbox is the biggest piece of junk. I also can't do anything in my home network because my router decided to start flashing orange and since then no device can find the router. Bought asus router... 1000 times better! Asus for the win! Fritz is ugly clunky and old school only old people and idiots who know nothing buy Fritzbox
Complete waste of time can't even reset the router
Removing the smart home features is annoying. I won't install a separate app for that. Guess I'm getting rid of my Fritz smart devices.

Fritzbox 7530. Internet/Permit Access/Fritz!Box Services. Enabled 'Internet access to the FRITZ!Box via HTTPS enabled' and set 'TCP port for HTTPS' to 65535. When I go to the app, I can only enter an IP address to connect. I can not enter a port number. Therefore, I can not connect the app to the router. I can access the router fine with a Web browser. Internet service provider is set to existing connection over LAN. The FritzBox is plugged into my existing LAN. I am only using the VoIP part.
Nothing works on galaxy S23. The app is broken...

The app struggles to show a mesh properly. Use the Fritz Wlan app if you're using mesh.

Software-Details gerne direkt reported, damit er behoben werden kann. Jetzt muss man mit schlechten Bewertungen leben, bis das Problem behoben ist.
The menu options should be more easily located. For example, to disable Wi-Fi, the option is not under the Wi-Fi menu.

I do not need to remote manage one single network but as the "boy doing stuff with computers" I'm one of those who manage the internet access of their parents, of aunty Erna in Munich, uncle Horst in Hamburg and grandpa Fritz in Berlin (pun intended).
The app will not work. Everytime I try to open user interface the app crashes.
Ansich sehr praktische und nützliche App. Leider ist sie für mich nach einem Handywechsel (auf ein Pixel 8 Pro), unbrauchbar, da unsere FritzBox nicht mehr gefunden werden kann. Auch nicht, nachdem ich die IP-Adresse manuell eingegeben habe. Natürlich befinde ich mich im Heimnetz, alle App-Berechtigungen sind gewährt, keine VPN ist aktiv und ich kann im Browser ganz normal über fritz.box auf unsere FritzBox zugreifen. Mit anderen Smartphones und der App klappt der Zugriff problemlos.

There's not a lot of functionality here. Or am I missing something?
Why is there no option to refresh once I've enabled app access? Force closing the app is the only way? Why do I have to type in my password, which is a long string of random characters, instead of scanning a QR code? Once it's working the app itself is solid but the registration is driving me nuts.
Overall nice app, but I'm unable to connect to my home device through VPN anymore. Just stopped working a few days ago. I use it daily to manage my 3D printers on the go, which is now not possible anymore.
