After the recent update, it stopped working for me. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help either.

Privacy scan/scam:: Am surprised how come the app could read the login sms & auto fill it when such permission is not granted neither can view/update this permission in the app as well as play store...
Because your app doesn't work properly. Many times I don't receive request of my visitors from main gate entry while security sends me the request for approval.

Worst service experience so far. Calls and complaints are ignored, and there is no proper response from technicians or relationship manager. This is unacceptable for a system that manages critical society operations. Immediate improvement is required.”
It used to be good, now it's only adds everywhere and its purpose seem to be to put adds everywhere making it very user unfriendly.

i came here specifically to rate it since it forced me out of the app and is asking me to login again with phone number. i don't appreciate such bad UX.
most annoying app with advertisements which cover the main content. the main functionality doesn't work as expected and it only feels like an advertisement bulliten board. The idiot advertisers don't know that their pop ups are lined in blind sight of the users. They might avoid the advertising vendors just for sake of annoying.
App is stuck every time for any task as it has to load too many ads and user interface has a lot of bugs
Such a horrible app. It can't let me Un select any list item from the list of dues to be paid. Why are you making an app if you can't make it correctly?

Ads even in the pre-approval menu. The app isn't designed to be useful. It is designed to show as many ads as possible even to paying customers. Will be asking Owners association to get rid of this and move to NoBrokerhood or something else.

These guys pay rwa and then you are forced to app, its filled with advertisements, and also it opens ads when you click on the tiny x button. Pathetic app design and filled with dark patterns, surprising no one has taken legal action against them yet.
I have ordered smart lock on mygate paying 35990. which they said they will deliver next day. almost 12 day. no device. no money. no refund. even company don't know where is it. only mails tagging employees please look in to the issue.. till now no one knows where to look and what to look. No wonder everyone is shifting from mygate to other apps. dear investors and founders if u want to save ur company please ur money, please rework on ur team and service.

Our two devices connected to the same meter initially showed different readings, one of which was incorrect. Payment attempt failed with "invalid prepaid meter" prompt, though the meter number was correct. We paid through alternate means.
useless app. if you apply a small photo it will never get uploaded even after hours!!! neither you can go back. you shall raise a new ticket!!! totally waste.
sometimes notification doesn't arrive on phone. sometime it just shows over but no sound is there. very inconsistent. it requires all type of permission but still doesn't work as it ahould work. please rectify the bug as it is important to see and react on the notification to allow the activity. also a request is to show and permit the yes no action on the smart watch attached with the mobile phone. it will be highly useful.

The app experience is only getting worse day by day. Just ads and more ads. One cannot disable the notification of value added services which was available earlier.
