bloody app I'm trying to hard to open my Medicare card it's not loading stupid things on the platform ever I had.
Attended a physical centrelink medicare office to lodge medicare refund. FOH told me to use the app. The app won't add services, or display existing services. restarts, logging back in, switching between wifi and mobile data had no effect - it just does not connect. App is literally non functional for me.

it doesn't accept my login details despite me starting from scratch several times. worst app ever
incredibly stressful. I have tried to login on AT LEAST 6 occasions but have been told my level of security is not high enough. I then attempt to increase the level and am taken to MyGovID which sends me a code to log in to ID which has no provision for accepting a code while I'm already in the app.

I really don't think this is useful to me all I want to do is report an not get stuffed around all the time as it gets changed, very frustrating why fix something that's not broke?
can not download even having it down loaded before. and can not access through Chrome
When I go into my Medicare linked service to view my card details or check my past claims, it's not working. The loading icon spins forever.
Spent hours trying to get in to update info and cannot see how you can even download the app. Its suppose to progress ....much better the old way to login

25/4/26 - Useless app doesn't accept my login details. Seeing others have same issue. Is it ever going to get fixed? 01/05/26 - Apparently app was updated 7th of April. Many people still have issues not being able to log in. Please fix this. Is the reason I can't login and others can because my details were leaked/account hacked?! Very frustrating. Come on.

forcing australians to download this just to get tax and super forms is a joke.
This would have to be the most user unfriendly and convulated app that I have ever had the misfortune to use. Nothing is straightforward or easy to use, even connecting to my MyGov account took multiple attempts requiring you to re enter the same information again and again after it had already been accepted. Attempts to link cards to the wallet results in a success message which then quickly reverts to a no cards in wallet message. Doesn't appear that it actually does anything.
The latest update is 💩 It takes so long to load any page. please fix it
The app just doesn't work. I add my Medicare card as per instructions, it says it has, back to wallet nothing there. Not loading Medicare link at all. A waste of space.

Able to login but unable to set up an authenticator or pass keys etc etc. have spent hours going around in circles with unhelpful messages, white screens, hanging screens and null errors polluting the phones screen even after clearing everything down including the apps cache. Very weak coding and user flow scoping. Google Authenticator app is SHA256 compliant as demanded, but strangely not supported.
should be able to use the app without having to update. it's a scam to keep their tracking up to date

Absolutely useless. Have been trying to login using my myGov number and also using my email without any luck. Keep going around in circles. Wrong number or wrong password even though I've just updated them. Constantly get your login details are incorrect.
What an absolute night mare to log in. Tells me all my info is incorrect .
Staff in office recently created a new account and again its like it doesn't exist. Third time lucky wasn't so lucky.
doesn't work on GrapheneOS. i would expect a government app to be accessible to all and not require the use of overseas companies to function.
Notifications are non-existent on the app, despite having correct settings for my account. This needs to urgently be fixed!!!

2 problems experienced when working through Mygov into linked services. 1. The print button in the ATO trying to print Notice of Assessment does NOTHING. Both in IOS and Android. Forced to browser login. 2. Uploading MODJY in Centrelink fails. Rubbish error talking about password protected PDF or corrupt formatting or try uploading as image. What a load of BULL. Open ExpressPlus app DIRECTLY and NO PROBLEM. Get your act together overpaid and underworked public servant IT people.

Other services option in centre link not working since updated . Unable to use the appointments option, will not open. Please fix this.
