It's hard to log in and I still can't log in.
terrible to navigate and very user unfriendly
been hacked and unable to access myGov... has been reported but the police support them who is doing it and won't do anything about it
if there was a 0 star option I'd give this app 0 stars. doesn't load half the time and when it does its to pages that I don't need. it's terrible that this is the app that I need if I am to do anything required by it to do anything online.

Waste of time. It won't connect services or add cards to my wallet. It continuously just shows the loading loop or says "success" then nothing. Just give me back my old Medicare app and keep things separate. At least it worked.

Terrible cant login on laptop, codes never come, on phone get to services and around I go sessions time out, services doesn't open, login fails so Damm annoying, can;t report centrelink, can;t open My aged care, please fix the problem been happening for months
havent bn able get in to get msges. why dont govt just sms n email like rest of the world
What a waste of time. After multiple password resets and attempts to log in still not working. I understand the security requirements but this just doesn't work very well at all.
This is an unusable App - I have tried several times to link MyId with MyGov and have been unsuccessful - I am fairly computer literate but this system has beaten me, Means I cannot get my Tax return done nor can I access Medicare card. Ridiculous!!!!
not user friendly.
Useless app. Downloaded & uninstalled multiple times but can't even log into the app. Every time after selecting one of the 3 log in options, I can't get past the spinning circle busy symbol. i.e. I can't log into my.gov at all. Which means I can't access Medicare on my phone now they've discontinued the Medicare app!! Either fix myGov app so it doesn't have these bugs or bring back the Medicare app.
very difficult to login and or change your details once in you get locked out and give up and uninstall until you need to try again
It's a shame I can't give this zero stars. Literally every time I try and use this app there is an issue. Sometimes I can't access things, other times it won't load. Every issue takes hours to resolve.
not clear to navigate. slow, unclear and chaotic
no longer compatible with my Samsung 10, which it was for years. so I have to buy a new phone just to use this app. every other app still works. absolutely pathetic
not as good as the old 1!! My gov has only made it harder to use - & takes longer so wish they'd left it the way it was hence
worst app on the Planet ... dont even try to get assist from them as you will spend days on the phone and waste your time ...if there was a lower rating then 1 you deserve it
I can not download app on a new.phone. apparently it is incompatible with my device. also. I am overseas with a new.phone and no way at all to log in even if I could download the app. quite sad
have an account, forgot password, app won't txt or email me to reset it. absolute joke

I am a fortunate one. I read the reviews and found all 1 stars then there was an error while loading the reviews so I decided not to install the app

It keeps saying to update but I have no updates then kicks me out. Now I need to ring up and not get through ok so I will go in to centrelink just to have the staff tell me I need to call or go online what a load of bs

whenever I click a link to another service it just says I don't have the minimum requirements to access that service. this app is effectively useless
Sign-in process is broken
When the app does decide to load correctly it is ok to use, however for the past 27 days the app won't even accept ANY of the three ways to log in. Bloody Useless
Rubbish . literally the worst app created . whoever made this should be fired
I am locked out. I tried to retrieve the login. it asked me for my details. I couldn't remember my password, they sent me a code. the code didn't work. so frustrating
Website crashes for every site link they send me, making it impossible to pay my tax now. Did they even test this before sending this out to people?! And dont try to access a service because it will say the sign-in method is not secure enough, whatever that means!
medicare fails to open
Horrible!! I'm trying to reset the password and never sent the code to my email or phone. Also keeps suggesting to open the app while I'm using the app.

absolutely abysmal app. the government basically require you to have it, but it can't even do simple things like load your Medicare card. the app is xactly as effective as the government are.

Added cards to wallet multiple times and although said successfully, nothing has been added. Was not able to load any other pages such as Services. Not able to get details regarding Medicare. Would just be better if they did not retire the Medicare App. MyGov app is not usable. The number of times I have to set-up this app is ridiculous. Everytime I load the app it asks me to set up even when I have already done so.
This week, my part pension has without warning been reduced from $800ish pf to $97. I have no idea why and the myGov site has not let me complete any log-in procedure for over 2 months! Hour+ wait to speak to a live person on phone. Three visits to a Centrelink office since March. Friendly enough staff but no substantive help with logging in to myGov. The layers of user-unfriendly, contradictory 'security' demands make this the worst Govt site I have ever tried and failed to access. A disgrace.
Can't get past the app set up screen. I've clicked on "use passkey" and "use myGov details" and it never finishes loading to the login screen. I've closed and reopened the app. I've lost my patience with it now and I'm going to a physical Services Australia office.
it says my device isn't compatible although its got the latest update could you please look into it
