Honda bike very nice but his service is worst
worst service ever, I have given my scooty for service but they didn't change anything what I said them to change, like engine oil, air filter, escalator cables, brake shole ect.. like that, but they charged me 1454, when I gave outside for service I've found out that honda showroom service didn't changed anything, I forgot to mention before I gave my scooty is in good condition but when they gave me smoke is coming, before u give check everything, be aware of such scams.
This is the worst app . There is no section for any type of complaint. Even if we file a complaint via call the issue has not been resolved ever..

if service centre is given authority to give service feedback then why this app is for??I got service my activa 125 from Deep honda sahadatpura Mau Uttar Pradesh on 1 may 2026 but got only dissatisfied bcz agency have given my scooty to new learner for sevice .he didn't even know BS4 and Bs6 oil difference.he filled my scooty with BS6 oil instead of BS4.After service my scooty started jerking and occasionally it gets switched off.The agency are looting customer by giving poorest service

I guess they launched this app in a hurry. Poor technical knowledge of the maker of this app. no feedback option, no contact options.

POOR QUALITY APPLICATION
This app has become a major source of frustration instead of convenience. Why are customers being forced to install and use an app that is clearly full of bugs and unresolved technical issues? If the application cannot handle even the most basic functions properly, then it should not be made mandatory for users. The biggest issue is the login process. Even after successfully logging in once, the app repeatedly asks for login credentials every single time it is reopened.

Not Happy with Service.. Reason jab free service ke liye showroom mai jate hai before due date ya KM se pehale toh mana kar dete hai accept nahi karte hai.other company main aisa nahi hota but honda ke showroom mai yeah kaisa rules hai pata nahi..❓❓❓
