05/01/2026 Should be no star. App is as worthless as the Humana company. Employees don't return calls to help find providers, don't provide accurate information. Complaint filed with Medicare.gov Humana refused to provide directory of providers, refused to provide information on my plan, and do respond to written complaints as required. Terrible app and company only wants to make money not provide healthcare.
needs more work I'm having trouble signing in. fix it.

Chat option useless!! No available person to chat with, if you leave a question it remains unanswered. App logs you out frequently.

incomplete and bewildering interface. inability to accomplish simple tasks. AI powered chat is 1 out of 10 at best with absurd loops. Chat asks to leave a message when it cannot answer but loops back to 'leave a message' after theoretically leaving a message. stop extolling new features and just fix the basic one that STILL do not work. PAINFUL
The app blocks username & password. 1 day in, & BLOCKED ALREADY. They need to hire another IT Dept that understands how apps work. this one just keeps customers from being able to SIGN IN. Mostly due to being linked to Centerwell.
I have a Samsung S25 Ultra, and MyHumana app will no longer work on my phone, the pop-up window said. Wow, so Humana expects people to buy a new cellphone every year so that we can use their application? It's April 2026; not a 10 year old phone or something! This is hard to believe, as Humana is a good company. ( Maybe their tech department all bought Android or Apple stock???)

tried different browsers, devices, clearing settings and cashe and still keep getting logged out or pass code not working
Horrendous is a vast understatement. It functions as an insurance provider app in the same manner that a fart functions as an air freshener. You can tell something's there, but it's terribly funky and serves absolutely no function towards its intended purpose. I assure you that is really taking the apps feelings into consideration.

I'm trying to place an Order & I have been transferred (3x's) and yet, I'm still waiting to Order necessities😤 I've requested a Catalog (2x's) and have not received anything😤 This is "RIDICULOUS" and poor Customer service 👎🏼

can't sign into account can't get help with Humana to sign in Humana can't even send my medications that I needed so much I've been out of medication for over a week thanks Humana for your lack of care. it's very dangerous to play games with people's lives and not taking the prescriptions it's bad for their health and bad for their care humanity does not recognize this
I opted for this insurance Medicare advantage plan and when I started investigating my benefits you have to have a separate app to even download the information. trying to decipher what kind of benefits I have is very confusing. very hard to navigate, even for a young person I will definitely be changing next year and let others know about it the most difficult benefit plan I have ever tried to understand. unfortunately it was too late and I couldn't switch
App doesn't work half the time, continuously locking up.

very difficult app. live chat can't help me with a dental plan. plus they double charged me in one month. $39 and $33. it was supposed to be $39 a month. turned off auto pay. now I'm looking to cancel dental insurance and find another one.
A scam doesn't cover very many doctors and the medication list is even worse. They push you into their online pharmacy and it's a joke.

Links within app take user to Humana website, where one must SIGN IN AGAIN! Why even bother with an app? App does not even allow simple address change - app lets one fill in new address, then does not accept. WASTE OF TIME!
Humana is the most Terrible Insurance, they play games, been contacting them for months and never get help from them, nothing the do ever works, they just add stress and are cruel to their Clients under a guise of kindness, Humana has been the absolute most Terrible experience I've ever had with any insurance company for reasons I don't have space to write here, Zero Star Review !!

Difficult to navigate. Not uniform. Doesn't always load all the items you are looking for.
checking to see if a MRI has a deductible and if it does, how much. Doesn't give any information on what's covered and what isn't cover. It's making me call to get the information. This app seems rather useless.

items show thats eligible when enter sku number at walmart,but when try to check out says not covered,also the sku reader does not work.and when going thru app it keeps kicking me out i have to reenter does not remember username.when you click to where to shop in store no list comes up Only shows nations
