not a very reliable company. they are not very helpful especially when it comes to getting medications approved or refilled. I can't even get my HIV medication refilled and authorized.

sign in and you got to sign again and again several diffrent times before you finally get to your account and if you do something with go 365 and again and again again.

this app does not work on my tablet or on my cell. as soon as I log in, he keeps logging me out. "you have successfully log out".
EDIT: It's 6/12/2026. I can get pricing now, but other issues continue to mount The OOPM for this plan is listed 6/2024. Are you guys planning on updating this app soon, or do I need to go ahead and start making plans to change in Oct 2026 to a more updated company? The app should make accessibility to my policy easier... Right?

substandard, poor.
The app is outdated even though they make me update it constantly. Customer service is never there. I asked them to send me a copy of my paperwork and it took 7 hours for them to ask me if I'm still there but the system was down. So they can't pull up my info. Since I didn't respond 7 hours later they ended the chat without doing their jobs....how are they employed??
Bad, did you ever think of allowing app to be pinned to the users home screen? If Humman is able to do something stupid it will !!!!!
I had to dig to find what I was looking for. Very time consuming. The pop up Chat is extremely annoying. I just didn't like the overall layout.

confusing to say the least. The app says you have spending allowance benefits to pay rent. there is no function in the app for you to pay rent with. most of the links in the app send you to descriptions of your benefits and the glory of being with Humana and somehow don't tell you exactly what the benefits are. it's the most useless app I've ever seen.
Doesn't work it just won't let me log in...it's a really bad program. I haven't been able to log into my account even once in all my time using it!!!

It knocks me off and I have to start over. I tried typing a chat and no keyboard appeared. How do you type without a keyboard??? I'm looking for a doctor. One doctor is listed 50 times. I didn't take time to count so it could be more or less but the same one repeats over and over. This app is NOT user friendly!
the providers in the app needs updating. ive been with humans since January and each time I attempt to reach out for care the provider location and other information is incorrect too often
05/23/2026 Should be no star. App is as worthless as the Humana company. Employees don't return calls to help find providers, don't provide accurate information. Complaint filed with Medicare.gov Humana refused to provide directory of providers, refused to provide information on my plan, and do respond to written complaints as required. Terrible app and company only wants to make money not provide healthcare.

Kludgy, but got me into app to do my work. App is better once you get past dudly sign-in process. Why did my edit disappear yet the review retained the edit date?

Only helpful for very basic info. Chat is just generic answers and you have to download an entirely separate app to purchase OTC items that are included in the plan.
