ものすごい不便なアプリだよ。カード三持ってるんで3つとも毎回IDとパスワード入力してログインしないといけない💦 そんな毎回誰がログインIDとパスワード覚えてんの？？！！

got an error for no reason. tried reinstalling, but the problem persists. What's the point of this app?

使いやすいと思っていたのに、最近アプリの表示情報が誤っているせいでかなりの金額を損しました。キャンペーン対象のゴールドカードの利用金額として表示されていた金額が実はゴールドカードの利用金額ではなく他のカードとの合計金額だったため、キャンペーンでもらえるはずだったボーナスより3万円程度少ないボーナスしかもらえませんでした。あきらかにアプリの表示が誤っているのが悪いのに、WEB版だったら正しく表示されると言われて全く何の対応をしてもらえませんでした。やり取りするだけ大量の時間と電話代を無駄にしました。アプリが使いやすくても表示情報が間違っていたり誠実な対応をしてもらえなかったりしては全くよい評価ができません。 ・発覚した時期　2024年9月末頃 ・アプリの画面名　メイン画面及びお支払い明細画面 ・対象のキャンペーン内容　ゴールドカードへの切り替えで、特定の期間中のカード利用額に応じて一定額のおきどきポイントとANAマイルがもらえるキャンペーン

The new update (4/2024) does not easily updates the remaining balance on my account. I hope you can check it on your system so that it updates right after deducting the amount on my bank account.
