Jio Fiber’s service has been utterly deplorable. For five consecutive days, I have been subjected to a cycle of 'phantom' technician appointments where no one actually shows up. To make matters worse, your customer support is an impenetrable wall of useless chatbots, and the tracking links you provide are fundamentally broken. It is insulting that your billing department remains perfectly functional while the actual service I am paying for is nonexistent. The total lack of an escalation path
No proper updates to ORN or SRN or status & no direct contact provided to connect to support representative. No cancellation option and no refund. Support Team on X also replies with Fake SRN raised for cancellation. I have tried live chat in jio app and it says my number is not registered. On app I see my ORN, but cancellation Request SRN Shared by jio support via X chat is not shown and my installation status is still in progress, though I am messaging from 9 days.

Getting support is too complex both through the App and customer care no. I wasted 2 hours just to get connected to the customer care executive.
Complaining about network issue for a long. But no action taken.. play store should change rating system and add negative rating.
worst people , worst customer service , they have scheduled engineer visit for 5 times all 5 times no one visited , their customer support number doesnt work, no one calls for resolution , they cheap and worst , dont trust them and avoid them , they are literally pain , I stay at santacruz east sona heights, they have been playing from last 14 days without resolution

Rescheduling the visit feature is horrible. Airtel & BSNL troubleshooting services are far better.
