I want to set name jio tune when i am going to caller tune section then automatically come jio saaven and i have not downloading this app and when i am searching there is no option name jio tunes and i listion name tune in my my friend then i also want to set but jio saaven automatically appears please remove this.
recharge for a friend option kaam hi nahi karta if I am a non jio user. Aur overall app bhi slow hai...

in my local area the network is very very poor voice cut during calls and I can even use my internet. If i want to use any social platforms I have to go outside to use my internet. Airtel works very smoothly at 4g and 5g no buffering then why not work jio? Jio needs to enhance their network range and solve internet issues. I reported many times in the jio helpline but getting the same and the same answer your issue will be fixed soon but never fixed. fix this issue ASAP!
6/30/26 One of the worst network I've used. The signal keeps dropping day by day. The network speed is extremely poor. If you want to browse YouTube, You can't because the highest network speed in my area is 20.36KB/S. I'm very frustrated with the network quality. I gurantee this will be my last recharge with Jio. I'm done with Jio. I am gonna porting my number to another provider. I expected much better.
