The app is unintuitive and simply awful. Items are selectable but then at checkout it says they're unavailable. Want a simple breakfast meal? There's no way unless adding items separately - no thanks! Oh unless you want one of the currently unavailable K-Pop demon hunter ones. 99 cents delivery but 30% more expensive overall.
constant bugs and death spirals
sometime very annoying that you bought from a location when u select that location , then since when u get there the location of your selection are 27 km away from the location you choosed , and it has no way that you can refund that or cancel , when u ask the manager from the shop the solution, they recond just go there n pick up from that location even it took 1 and a half hour to get there

never gives me 💩 worth claiming. everyone else seems to get great deals like fifty million hash browns for a dollar. I just get "half priced frozen on delivery orders over $45" absolute joke
App robustness has plummeted lately. Was recently usable, but recent changes in ui and features have compromised reliability and availability. It is rarely possible to complete an order in time before reaching a drivethrough, if at all.

I selected my local store but that's not good enough to access any of the offers, it still demands that I turn on location. You don't need my location, I picked the store I use. This is a really unnecessary requirement, especially when combined with run as service and on start up permissions. No app will ever be allowed that combination. With frequent security breaches of companies everywhere lately via supply chain attacks you should be asking for a few permissions as possible.

Everytime I go to use this app there is a new update .Then I have to muck around setting it up again then it doesn't even work. Waste of time
can not fix missing items store itself won't help they say use the app nothing there to report on history 🤬 I was told call customer service but U can only do that during the day only . I ended loosing money and my child didn't get their food

Mostly works but incredibly janky. Frequently fails to clear previous order (from weeks ago) making ordering again a pain.
App has been a train wreck from the begining and always has similar issues with it simply not working a good deal of the time. But hey, still going to try and get a discount, its all its good for. Came back to to say again how much I hate this app. I wish I could give it a worse raiting. Any time you think its finally woring ok the change it again.
The worst app ever!! Just did an update but it doent help
hate this app. it's clunky and takes a long time to do an order. if you accidentally pick drive through instead of counter collection it can't be changed without having to cancel the whole order and do a reorder. money does not go straight back into your account once cancelling your order leaving you out of pocket until refund is received
No longer offers any discounts. Useless app.

I started having some trouble with logging in. Even though it was saying I had an existing account, which I already knew, it wasn't letting me sign in.
No tablet/landscape preview. can't use the app in landscape mode for my tablet, have to literally slant my tab to portrait mode to use. very annoying
unreliable. doesn't detect my location accurately should just be a qr code I scan rather then a location based one time code
all the added animations and pop ups have slowed this to a slug crawl. constantly freezing. nightmare to use id rather just go to KFC half the time now

App is painfully slow and has no search function
this app has crashed, glitched or messed up on me 2 times where I've lost money. all apps glitch but when an app glitchs where you loose money you draw the line. $15 the first time okay what ever but second time $122 that's absolutely horrible, do not order on the app do not or you could loose money. go to the restaurant and pay there so not order on here.
The app is officially broken. No card we have tried to add recently for payment works so cant use the app to order for pickup or delivery. When adding some cards the add as eftpos instead of visa or mastercard too. Definately major issues after a recent update.
glitching badly. second time now I can't make a order as soon as I add something to my cart it just keeps loading with the chips in the air loading screen

TERRIBLE!!! the chicken i order so I order the chicken mcspicy and it TASTED HORRIBLE!! I think it was raw and I didn't get my sprite this is horrible they cant even get my sprite and also the hot choclate didn't taste like choclate it was gooey hope you FIX that mcdonalds if you watching this FIX this or I WONT COME AGAIN!!! THIS IS the MOST HORRUBLE RESTRAAUNTand theres no report button on the app bruv and it and put it on and the chips didn't tatse right aleast 1 STAR DONT COME AGAIN waste
swear the deals are rigged, I'm always getting bad deals when everyone else in my office get good ones
The app was working fine but recently it won't allow me to process an order request from the payment section. Please have IT look into fixing this issue.
incredibly buggy, it can't even reliably search for restaurants let alone take an order.
The last three times I've tried with the app it won't accept payment no matter what card I used. you don't get points at kiosk or drive thru

why make this harder now to order, now you have to go thru extra sign in as well as the location, WHY. talk about going backward.
Terrible. First order takes an hour to come, food is cold by then and sundae completely liquid. I chatted with support and they say they can't refund me until it is delivered. But then once the food is delivered there is no live chat option and I can only send an email, to which I get a reply they'll get back to me in 3-4 business days.
