Myntra quality has degraded significantly. The charge extra premium for Myntra Express Plus Delivery , but even after that will fail to deliver your order on time and after wasting your significant time, they will cancel your order with vague reason like "your order was cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances". Additionally, any Myntra Cash/ Loyalty point earned , if used in the order is not refunded even if the order is cancelled from Myntra 's end. Myntra support is USELESS!

What a fall from quality for myntra. Your filters are not working in android . Fix that.
The product listing page gets reset or reload everytime and repeatedly when we see any particular product and come back to the main listing page of products.
Customer support is not resolving the issue properly. Orders are cancelled without delivery attempts. This has happened multiple times. Very bad experience. If delivery is not possible in my area, customers should be informed earlier instead of cancelling after reaching the hub.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on Myntra. I trusted your platform for customer satisfaction, but this time it feels like customer concerns are being ignored. Just because a coupon was used, denying a simple return request for a product that does not meet expectations is unfair and frustrating. As a customer, I feel stuck with something I don’t even like.It’s not about the money, it’s about the trust. I hope you value your customers enough to take this feedback seriously.
