Very disappointing experience. Customer support was not helpful, delivery was delayed, and the return process took much longer than expected. The app needs significant improvement in service quality.
I've been using Myntra for the last 5-6 years, so this experience has been very disappointing. I cancelled my order few days ago but still haven't received my refund. I contacted customer support multiple times and was promised an update within 24 hours, but I received neither an update nor a resolution. As a long-time customer, I expected much better service. Delaying refunds and failing to keep promised timelines is unacceptable. I hope Myntra improves its refund process and customer support .
Worst experience. I ordered an item, and since the size did not fit, I returned it. The return was picked up by Myntra’s executive, but later I was informed that the item was “not received” and my refund was denied. As a customer, I have done everything from my side. What happens after pickup is completely under Myntra’s control, yet I was penalized for their internal issue. Very disappointing and unacceptable. This impacts trust.
I'm new to this app and I wanted to order some products but there's no cash on delivery available on my area I literally hate this please work on this behavior not every one satisfied with online payment
