Difficult to use, poor overall experience. Difficult to understand why they made it so user-unfriendly.

Was für ein Fan muss man sein, damit man diese miserable UX toleriert? Hab es in 20 Minuten nicht hinbekommen, die Bestellung auszulösen. Vergesst es, Panini... bleibt bei Papier, denn digital könnt ihr nicht.
Nothings works. The frames are missing many countries that are part of the europe. If you take a new photo, it doesn't upload. Image cropping works terrible.
Sem dúvidas, o pior app do mundo. A empresa odeia ganhar dinheiro, incrível.

Did not think it could be possible for the app to be as bad as the reviews said. As it happens the reviews are very kind. Won't let you login. won't let you upload a picture. Won't let you download. Won't let you save. Won't let you pay. Won't let you delete your account. App actually should be investigated for data harvesting since you can't delete your account. Shocking.
terrible, doesn't work. can't complete order process. and then you are supposed to buy 10 of the same thing?! disappointing.
Never works. Every time I try to create custom stickers for my kids the app returns an error message, whether it is upgrading the service or just a generic "download error". Terrible. Wonder how Panini fumbled this one.
I've been trying to create my panini sticker since the release of the digital fifa panini 2026 album, but this app just doesn't work. It won't let me log in, 50% of the time it doesnt even open or loads forever, and when I do manage to enter the app and create my sticker I cant save the sticker because it prompts me to log in or sign up which doesn't work, it just gives me a white screen. Even after this week's update its still not working... I am using a relatively new device s24 ultra.
Nah y really have too buy the sticker? And the app is super buggy omg its impossible to make a sticker y have to try it like 5 times. Fix this app

The app does not have an option to save Name and Date of Birth within the custom sticker. Even after I add the Name, Last name and Date of birth to relevant fields, there is no option to save it. I am trying to create the sticker for 7 days now, without any success.
previously you could save the files off and print them at home for fun. Now you have to buy them for a minimum of €13. ridiculous. also the app looks to have been created in about 2005 and they decided it was good enough, very messy to use
useless app, waited so long to use my sticker in my virtual album but there is no way to take the sticker identifications numbers without paying...

terrible app
Does not even deserve one star - terrible. Wanted to buy the my panini sticker for my son but it seems impossible to do this for reasons already shared by others. I add it to the cart but then I rarely get to the checkout as it seems to just stop working. Even their complaint form failed to work! I now need to explain to my son that he will not get the sticker of himself as a player that he really wanted. Thanks Panini

Menos de una estrella, ni se gasten, está mal hecha, cuesta un monto todo y encima te cobran 13 euros por hacer un sticker, pésima app, por eso se quedan sin los derechos para el 2034
Horrific app - would rate 0 stars if possible. Buggy to the point of being unusable. then there's the greedy money-grabbing pricing strategy of the nonsense products being sold.
Never able success to save a sticker
Pretty appalling app. Follows none of the Android app standards and simply does not work - was it vibe coded? Tried to create personalised football sticker. Failed to accept address. Then crashed. Then failed to proceed to checkout. Gave up in the end and got ChatGPT to generate the sticker for me.
