you guys seriously need to fix your app i have been trying to contact you for over a week but it keeps saying oops and Im trying to pay back my amount, this is the only place I can reach out
they took the money the day before I was paid. now I owe bank money and credit rating destroyed. do not use there extremely untrustworthy.
it works, but with such a pain error code 10000, which makes you unable to log in almost all the time.

Do not recommend. I get as far as the connect your Bank part, put my details in, open my bank app to verify, hit submit and then it just takes me straight back to putting my details in. have gone around in circles for the last 10 mins. wouldn't bother. Go with Before pay instead.

Don't use this service they will take $1250 in repayments and still say payment not made never had this issue before don't know how i didn't notice it sooner but DO NOT USE if they can resolve this issue I will change my rating otherwise for now I will keep it

Waa really happy with this app until now... everytime I try to log into my account it says my bank statement belongs to another account which is impossible as I've been using this app for afew months. I have sent numerous emails and requested help and have heard nothing. It's concerned ne that it states my bank statements are on another account.
Yall don't even have a contact number.......what's sort of business doesn't let you communicate efficiently? Nice idea for an app terrible management.

app worked well but I recently went for some finance for a car and immediately got knocked back because I have my pay now in my statements
I've been using mypaynow for almost a year now and it was a life saver on my struggle days. Until this week, mypaynow took 2 full payments from my bank account and I've been trying to contact, sending messages but got no reply. And even on my (mypaynow) acc still shows "You've used up all your advances for this pay cycle". Can someone help me get contact of the company please? I need help
I'm really disappointed and not happy. I only wanted to know if I can change my bank account details without affecting my available balance. Then all of a sudden my available balance is gone?? What sort of treatment is this. I don't even owed money. I always pay
Won't let me put my password in
This company have stolen my money and won't provide a reason. Waited three days now and still no valid response as to why two payments taken instead of one. App not working and waited 24 hrs for them to ask for a screenshot I already provided. Clearly something seriously wrong and they won't respond. By the way I have contacted customer support and still waiting! You've left me broke unable to buy food because I tried to pay early.
I get paid weekly and some cash in hand so I can get by but soon will be on a pension as I have to get home for a doctor's appointment and can't get any loans

it's always under maintenance it's not my internet I have a new phone and my phone is always updated. have to wait for couple days for this app to work it used to work all the time. now it's annoying. I email just to get told it's my internet or phone and it's not.
