Had to lower my rating. May just delete the app a chang brands.
Don't have this app. Why would I? I don't have a "real" dog. I have a robo puppy, but he doesn't eat food!
only accepts receipts within 90 days of purchase. only accepts cat and dog purchases. rewards aren't very good.
Waste of time, they dont mail the rewards or follow up when contacted.
I can't possibly see how this app is going to help me
I redeemed 2000 pts they sent me an empty envelope. I called, got case # and he said he'd resend my coupon. Never got that! Called again, they restored my 2000 points, now I'm afraid to use them because what is promised to arrive, never does.

I have had this app for just over a year. I saved all my points from buying dog food and treats for our puppy. I finally redeemed 2,500 points for new dog toy. The delivery day for the new toy has now past by a couple of days and we still haven't gotten the toy. So I got ahold of customer service. They told me that they were going to refund my 2,500 points plus an additional 500. Today, a month after I talked to customer service. My points were never refunded. Deleting the app now.
I cannot find the app for the coupon. But, I am concerned about viruses and the phone acting "crazy" with many apps and ads.
I love the points program when it works. I hate the app. it frequently refuses to submit receipts and even more frequently refuses to load at all, saying my account cannot be accessed at this time. Very frustrating to use, great rewards when it does work.
