Will not let me send a photo of my receipts
was my favorite app however now I cannot upload any receipts because I have an older model phone I don't understand because it was working fine nobody had a problem with it until you decide to do some new updates which excludes people like me from using your app that just doesn't sound professional that's too bad I can't recommend an app that won't let me use it any longer after being a loyal customer of their brand that shameful and they don't care this makes me super sad

I think if we can't upload our receipts we should be compensated for losing out on points. I have even tried the website and that won't upload receipts either .
I'm unable to upload receipts & if I try via email the photo file is too large to email. I've lost out on loading 3 receipts.

Update: 2026, it was great while it lasted. They used to provide good free stuff like treats or toys for dogs/cats. Now the selection is pathetic and the free stuff is t-shirts, so essentially for you to provide them free marketing using your hard earn points that were meant to provide treats or toys for your pets. Also disappointed how they lowered the points received. I usually spend about $80 a month and it would be about 1.3k points and they dropped it to 800 points. I'll be switching.

I have repeatedly tried to open the app and it will not. Download, try, delete, and repeat 4 times.
Will not allow upload of receipts even with all permissions granted. Basically useless.
Updating my review. Very disappointed with using the website. Uploaded receipts, still no word or updated points. Also, disappointed that I'm supposed to "update" my device now to use the app. This used to be an excellent app :::::: I will give 5 stars because I normally have no issues. but, the last few days I can't upload receipts. deleted and reinstalled app. gave permissions. still won't work. edit: this seems to be an issue with others too since the update.
They don't reward you. I submitted my reward more than 5 months ago, and when I email them, they say I will receive it in a month, wait, and nothing arrives. When I call again, the same thing over and over. It's been more than 5 months, and nothing, so i just stopped using the app, and it's just a lie. ** In response, all I have to say is that I have reached out to that link and have never resolved anything. I'm not losing my time anymore. Keep it !

Uninstalling. I don't need the hassle of communicating with support over issues. I couldn't get it to accept my Amazon receipts, and recently, I redeemed my points for the collapsible water bowl a month ago, and it never arrived.
Entered receipts and did activities to earn points. Often rejected receipts that were very valid. On December 31, I spent some points and ordered a fun pet item. It is now the end of April and still not received, despite emailing on March 3 and being told they were reshipping immediately.
Install, it said we need to verify email. They sent that message to the email that I put on the app and then saying you can't verify my email you're sending an email to my email. five minutes on this app trying to sign up , I deleted it.
cam doesn't work on app
Doesn't Work.....Keeps dropping my points to where I can't use for reward coupons...what's the point? I really liked this app at first, now...I'm just disappointed.... DON'T USE THIS APP !!!! APP NOT WORKING. Steps I take : Capture with Camera I start to load than I get message -Permissions Required WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Modify or delete the contents of your shared storage To grant this permission go to your phone's settings, select App, select this Camera, Notifications and Storage permissions.Go to settings. all permissions and notifications Everything is good on my side. Still will not work.
years ago I saved up points turned them and got absolutely nothing! had over 30,000. points.
How is it that this says earn 10 points per dollar spent. I spend over $100 on wet cat food, and upload the receipt that shows everything, and I get 236 points? There isn't an option to have them recheck it. No chat option. Just, okay, accept it. 🙄🙄🙄
I have problems uploading receipts! I see the receipt clearly when I take a picture. Purina says it's not clear. so I submit a receipt again, then Purina said duplicate receipt! Every time I submit a receipt I get a message saying my receipt didn't go through. I'm not getting support from Purina. why?😤 when I contacted Purina they say submit the receipts again! why? i submit them! ill drop out of the program. it's nothing but a hassle!!! I've had had issues for 4 months!

the points needed to earn anything are incredibly high, and the prizes are arbitrary, coupons and such.

You have to scan cat food receipts, which i won't do, even if I didn't buy everything online. Way back I used to copy numbers off the big bags, and collect my points. Now, nothing. Good cat food, though. Joan
why do you offer deals then when I go to the app to get the deal it constantly signs me out & forgets my credentials? fix this & will give 5 stars!

I've been using the app for a short time, a few months. It was working great, but when I got on it today (4/15/26) I've not been able to upload receipt(s), keeps telling me to go into my settings and give the app permission to use the items necessary to add receipts (camera, etc.)...I checked and everything is permitted. I updated the app, restarted my phone, did everything possible. I tried uploading with my phone's camera, uploading pictures, and files...all refuse to let me. Need help!
