This App has too many problems and should be improved.
In 2025 bank application can not show the received transactions...The store says we have it. The phone help says we don't have it. The support is unreachable.Also in 2025 August shows that someone put in my account 2710 euro from atm and then l withdrawed them also from atm which absolutely was not me.. Zero trust

Es passiert regelmäßig, dass die App abstürzt oder stundenlang das Ausführen von Überweisungen nicht möglich ist. Heute fordert mich die App dazu auf ein Update durchzuführen, folge dem Link... es gibt keinen Link... Es gibt kein Update im Play Store. Erneut kann ich dadurch nicht auf mein Geld zugreifen und eine Überweisung nun nicht tätigen. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel und ich fühle mich gezwungen die Bank zu wechseln. Allen denen verlässliches online banking wichtig ist kann ich nur abraten.
Das einfachste Feature, das es in jeder App gibt, ist die Suchfunktion. Aber hier gibt es sie nicht, nur Filter bzw. Sortierung nach Datum. Fügt bitte eine Suchfunktion hinzu, das ist wirklich absurd.

Die Banking-App ist unzuverlässig und wirkt ziemlich veraltet … manchmal funktioniert sie, und manchmal entscheidet sie sich einfach willkürlich, nicht zu funktionieren. Die Singin-Transaktions-App ist bereits aktualisiert, fordert aber immer noch ein Update an?

Die App bietet die mindestens erforderlichen Funktionen gerade so. Seit Ewigkeiten warte ich auf einen Dark Mode. Nahezu jede moderne App hat diesen.

Schlimmer geht's nimmer! Einloggen problematisch, da meist extra Sicherheitsabfrage mit Sign-in-App, die jedoch bei Nutzung oft das (richtige!) Kennwort nicht akzeptiert. Alle 30 - 40 Sekunden erfolgt zwangsweises "Ausloggen" aus Sicherheitsgruenden. Es ist kaum moeglich, Dokumente einzusehen oder herunterzuladen. Glatte Fehlleistung.

The worst online banking app I’ve used. It opens very slowly, often lags, and doesn’t show the correct balance right after payments or transfers. Updates come late, so you never know how much money you really have. Definitely needs major improvement:(

The app is absolutely basic and doesn't offer any control over your account. Just as an example, you cannot even search through your transactions, you can only filter them by date!

One of the worst mobile banking apps I've ever used.The app constantly shows a white screen, which is extremely frustrating. Out of 10 attempts, it works properly maybe once. On top of that, there’s no English language option, which makes it even harder to use. The transaction details are too limited and difficult to read. The app is not very user-friendly and needs significant improvements in its interface and usability.
ich hasse diese App. Anmeldung ist nur ein Problem. Ich muss mein Passwort mehrmals ändern, da die App mein Passwort nicht erkennt. Und übrigens, hier schreiben sie, dass man sollte ihnen eine Email senden... seit zwei Wochen habe ich keine Rückmeldung
Die App lies mich mehrfach nicht einloggen, nicht mal der Anmeldebildschirm war zu sehen. Nach mehrfachem Schließen und der letztendlichen De- & Reinstallation hat plötzlich auch mein SantanderSign komplett aufgehört zu funktionieren. Ich kann nicht mal meine Anmeldung per SantanderSign autorisieren.
Nach all den Jahren reflektiert die App immer noch ziemlich genau, wie die Bank digital arbeitet. Alles nur halbfertig und das konsequent. Es ist Zeit sich zu lösen, denn Alternativen gibt es genug.

Werden Sie die Anwendung endlich dazu bringen, NICHT ZU FUNKTIONIEREN???? ist Ihnen klar, dass sie zum Öffnen mehrere Male gestartet werden muss?

If could give minus stars I would. Worst app ever. But correlates perfectly with the bank itself. Old fashioned and the most racist too. If you're not German or don't speak German, save your nerves and time and choose another bank.
I am downloading the app for online banking and entering my username and password in it, but I am not getting any results. I do not understand how online banking is done. It is very difficult to use this app in the app.
Kann seit März version keine Überweisung mit App machen. Das SantanderSign kommt und hängt dort. Das ist ein Banking app, es muss ordentlich unter verschiedenen Bedingungen getestet werden bevor es Released wird!!! Mein Android hat übrigens das letzte Update.
Die Anwendung ist katastrophal, eine Bank, die mit Millionen von Euro arbeitet, ist nicht in der Lage, die ordnungsgemäße Funktion der Anwendung aufrechtzuerhalten!!! pi mehrmals musst du versuchen, es zu starten, wirklich schade für dich

Fordern unverhältnismäßig viele Dokumente für die Kontoeröffnung und verschlechtern bei Ablehnung direkt den Schufa-Score - trotz fehlender Geschäftsbeziehung! Besser gleich eine andere Bank suchen.

Why is this app in German ?
For the past two months, the app has been frequently freezing, causing significant issues across the entire mobile device. Additionally, in the transactions list, it is not possible to search for any transaction using a substring. The only available search functionality is limited to filtering by date.
Undoubtedly 100% the absolute worst experience i ever had in my life with online banking. I recommend never considering this bank
Kompletter Unsinn, App führt mich auf die Santander sign app, diese führt mich zur Webseite und diese wiederum fuhrt mich zum Appstore. Für Santander sind Smartphones halt noch Neuland Edit: Ein Jahr später hat es geklappt. Nur die normale Website gespiegelt. Keine extra Funktionen, kein wertpapierdepot, nix.

slow as hell
By far the slowest app to login that I ever used. once you get inside the app itself is very basic and misses several helpful features e.g. change PIN. Really hope that the migration to Openbank solves this...

For long time I don't like santander APP specially because it takes DAYS to update your real amount of money, this is the reason I opened new bank account almost just for it. And now they updated the app but the link below they saying to force update doesn't exist. I need to transfer money and I can't open app because need update, but ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO UPDATE!!!!!
