Wrong size product was received, and no support is available from the application. This has been one of the worst application experiences I’ve had. The delivery status was updated very late even after the product was delivered. I have already mailed regarding the issue, but there has been no response from the team yet.

Most useless way to transport
This app delivery service is very bad .
I had a really bad experience with them. The delivery person marked the product as delivered even though it was never actually delivered. Also, without an OTP, I don’t understand how they were able to mark it as completed. There’s no way given to contact the delivery person, and I couldn’t even find any option in the app to raise a concern.

Your delivery service is really not good. Not even once has my product been delivered to my address. The delivery person didn’t even make a single call or try to contact me. But you are saying that I was unavailable. This is truly a waste service... worst app

What an unaccountable, non responsive and unreliable service this platform has. Order details were received to Myshiprocket on April 19th but still no clarity on delivery status. Many times tracking status has been changed to 'out for delivery. And that day a delivery guy called me and asked the address I explained to him and then he said I will call you after reaching then after some time he marked that there was no one to receive the order. This has been goin on from last 2-3 days.

I had order csk official tee fromthe app on 8th april and my purchase was confirmed and it was going to delivery me on 21st april which is today. I hv not got reply from the team yet i tried to contact them lots of time but they dont hv my shipment update by hyvesports .i tried to reach out to their mail still no reply and at last i hv mestion them in X I hope these comment help you to solve me problem soon

This is a completely useless service. The delivery agent did not call me or visit my address, but they say that the delivery attempt failed and the reason was that the customer was not available. On the contrary, I was at home on the day of delivery. They did this twice and gave the same reason.
I received a wrong product after paying COD. This is a clear case of poor service and misleading transaction. Despite contacting support, no resolution has been provided. Worst experience ever. No proper customer support or refund process. Totally unreliable. Not recommended. Please be careful before ordering, as there is a high risk of receiving wrong products and losing your money.
