Worst experience. The app keeps showing "Incorrect OTP" even when I enter the correct OTP. Unable to log in at all. Tried multiple times with no success. Needs immediate fixing.

I have been attempting to log in for the past two hours. Despite entering the correct OTP each time, the system continuously rejects it as incorrect. This is a highly frustrating user experience, and I cannot recommend downloading this app in its current state.

😡one of the worst app otp also problem I am unable to log in to the Shiprocket app. The OTP is received on my mobile number, but after entering the correct OTP, the app repeatedly shows "Wrong OTP". Even after using the Resend OTP option and entering the latest OTP, the issue continues. Please fix this login problem as soon as possible.

Poor app. What the hell is arrived at "Arrived at carrier facility"? Which facility where? Which state? "Departed" departed from where? There is a lack of information in this app or better called lack of information in this tracking service.

They really don't care about the orders which are being delayed. I had an order which was supposed to reach me on 16th june, they're just pushing the delivery date on tracking, there's no update from the team, have raised it multiple times but getting the same response every time and not even getting the reason for the delay. The new ETA is 26th june, hope I'll get my order one day.

This is a scam app. No matter what we order online, they always send the wrong items. I ordered a remote-control tracking car for ₹699, but I received some kind of vegetable medicine instead. I need a refund as soon as possible; otherwise, I will file a complaint in court. I have evidence of this.

very bad experience 😔 i lost my money 500 rupees please don't order anyone frod appI ordered a '3-Lilian Pant Combo'. I was charged ₹49 to confirm the order and another ₹449 upon delivery. When I opened the package, I found two torn, old, and used shirts inside. I have a video recording of the unboxing as proof; please refund my money.
