I'm writing this to request the refund of my Autopay 299rps which was taken from my account which was taken without my knowledge. there is no customer support to claim refund.
This is the worst app I have ever seen They deducted my phone pe without my permission. They said pay 1 rupee for 3 days I thought ok lets pay 1 rupee to see how the app was working i paid 1 rupee through their QR code and I used this app for 1 and half day and I decided to not visit this app again but this morning they deducted my money without my permission and they don't refund our money. why is no one take action on this app. this is very terrible app.Disgusting 🤬

If you cannot address the root cause of the problem, discontinue the platform service. Do not keep the 'Autopay' feature active after users have deleted the app; instead, verify whether the app is still installed before the first 'Autopay' transaction occurs, and automatically cancel the service if it is not. If payments can be automated, the service cancellation process can be automated as well. Profiting from people's losses by exploiting this flaw is unethical; conduct business with humanity.
I was just used this app as a trial for 1 rupees then after one day I was charged 399 automatically without a proper notification. this was so misleading and not user friendly. people will trap in this. I want my refund as soon as possible . kindly look into this issue. If not resolved quickly. I may have to escalate this further.
