You can't send a text until ID verification. I was tricked, I paid for a service which was behind requirement for verification without knowing. I also wasted up to 15 minutes of my time with a useless setup. If I knew beforehand it was going to take that long just to send a text, it would have been fine. I'm glad I only paid £2 though before deleting this useless thing. If you just want to send a quick text, just do it online in a fraction of the time and cost.
Absolutely trash, even paying for a premium service the support is trash and they don't care about the service or what you want.
subscribed to the app and found out I could not use it within 30 seconds and canceled i cannot get a refund. I messaged support no response.

Nonfunctional With GrapheneOS. The devs of this app exclude usage from more secure Operating Systems like Graphene. You can probably assume your data collected with the Play Integrity API is just being repackaged and sold.
the app has a lot of bugs, doesnt deliver messages you wait hours for messages to get through, and dont get any notifications.
I bought the subscription because I wanted a burner number for reservations and unimportant social media platforms. Unfortunately the number they gave me is recognized as a landline, not an actual mobile number and I'm unable to use it.

Can't make other profiles even with paid plan
Tried to sign in but all I got was "Make sure this app is supported in my country (which it is) & that I have the app downloaded on Google Play (which it is). I'm not gonna email just because of this stupid thing. I don't even know why it does that, does it not support this phone version (Moto 2026)?
Does not give you a phone number. Paid for a phone number. I did not receive any phone number. Contacted their customer service 2 weeks ago and they still haven't responded to my query about not getting a phone number. This app does not work and has no tech support.
You are unable to receive messages or calls even with the premium. 💩

I DON'T NEED A BLOODY EMAIL!!! EMAILS ARE EASY TO MAKE!!! WHY WOULD I NEED THIS OVERPRICED APP FOR AN EMAIL?!!?!?!! Reply to dev; I did not say the emails cost anything. I simply asked why I would need an app for an email when it's easier to just make one. I got the app for the sole purpose of a number, but the plans are overpriced.
Suspended my account without an explanation. I sent an email asking about it, but they still haven't replied. Wouldn't recommend
Negative 10 stars. worst customer care. has not resolved subscription issue for two weeks now what a shame. Poor technical team and CTO lacks skills. They should shutdown the app. I tried upgrading my plan through the app. I don't know if money was paid. There is no way to find it out from the app if the transaction is completed and confirmed. My bank details are mentioned in the app so transactions should occur smoothly through the app. Now I keep replying to their support team through email.
So buggy!!! They are always updating it and it constantly has new bugs. Their latest is the worst... Then rather than trying to solve they will blame it on your phone. Do not get started with them... I am in too deep and it's hard to unwind. They used to be so good but now it's pretty terrible and causes lots of headaches... It is a goal for my to find an alternative. The fact that they say they are privacy oriented yet required Google or Apple is wild.
UK prices are more than double the US prices - and this is why I am uninstalling. For example, Sudo Pro is $4.99 in the US but £9.99 in the UK. (That's $13.39 USD) and Sudo Max is $14.99 in the USA but £29.99 UK (That's $40.21 USD). Just not worth the price.
Keeps getting worse. I'm deleting my account, but I was appalled to find out that I have to send an email to *request* account deletion, on a privacy app! Signal just let's you do it no questions asked and no hoops to jump through.

this used to be a great privacy tool now it's so full of upsells when it used to be free and features that don't work it sucks. looking for a new option. can't even use with Twilio or any similar service. that's what was useful before.
Does not work on GrapheneOS because it uses the Play integrity API. Thought this was supposed to be a privacy app. :/

MySudo really needs to support true group messaging so conversations don’t break when people aren’t on the platform. It also should let users see and remove unauthorized devices instantly to keep accounts secure.
Serious Security Oversight - Please Fix This I like the app itself, but the lack of security awareness is alarming. My phone was stolen, and I immediately contacted MySudo to ask that the stolen device be de-authorized from my account - something every responsible app should be able to do. Shockingly, support told me they can’t remove access from a lost or stolen phone. That means whoever has my old device could still access sensitive information tied to my account.

I purchased a premium subscription set up a phone # & email. 2 weeks later my phone crashed. I had to factory reset my phone now I unable to get the 1 year premium subscription I paid for back. everything is lost and MySudo does not have any support to help.
bought 3 numbers made two text messages came back and somehow I used all three numbers and minutes and text messages. then I even tried to go add a phone and was unable to because I already did apparently. waste of money.
not cost efficient for me. way outta my price range....
Edit: Slimey to market off reviews, I have the bank statements and play store receipts to prove what I am paying now and what your proposed payment is. Speak to whatever narrative you want. I know your price raise, you know your price raise. Raising prices and lowering quality. Price raise is 4x previous pricing, the sudomail domain on emails is blocked by many websites and services. quality of services is low, this service is no longer worth the pricing, look for other options.
I had barely set up my account and activated one line, but I hadn't used it. I got a notice that my entire account had been canceled due to a community violation. I had no idea what they were talking about. then I was told it was due to somebody texting too. much. even though I hadn't sent one text but what do they consider too much?Is what I was wondering? There's nowhere that says. a limited number a text

Cannot create phone number for free, as advertised!
Decent app, but for a supposedly privacy focused company, the dependencies on play services and fact that it can only be downloaded from the play store, and not alternatives nor directly from a platform like github, is quite concerning.
No unified inbox view for all my phone numbers, instead of going one by one until I find the text I'm looking for, this makes the interface super clumsy. Also a backup method that does not involve google (e.g. 24 words or a qr code which doesn't expire). Not really private as it's linked to Google. No web/desktop calling. Edit: downgrading to 2 stars. Worst interface ive seen ever. Still no unified sms inbox for all numbers. The dial option does not work, the bell option does not work.
while they were great with getting back my information from a broken phone, the interface upgrade is so horrible I am actively searching for another app to transfer to. the new interface is very confusing and causes me to mix up and accidentally use the wrong profiles, which is the opposite of what this service is meant for. if any devs are listening, make an old school mysidi and you'll get plenty of users
You can't export/import your information on the same device. You are only allowed to backup your DEVICE instead of making a backup of the app. Searching for and selecting a text message will always take you back to the bottom of the list. They look at your text messages and will block them from sending if they don't like what you are saying.
