it is always having problems won't let me open it half of the time

continuous issues logging in.. make sure you have your card because you have to manually enter everything numerous times

Hasn't worked in months
Can't screen capture payment confirmation. Please fix. Edited 2/6/2026: More than a month later and the screen capture function is still broken. Please FIX it. Edited 3/20/2026 - another 6 weeks later and the screen capture functionality is still broken! Please FIX it. 5/1/2026 - Another month went by and they still didn't fix the screen capture issue (can't take a screenshot of the payment confirmation screen) so lame.
Always having trouble with loading my account
The app has gotten way better but synchrony is trash, out of nowhere they cut my limit by more then half with no explanation, I have been late on one account but that was after medicaid said they were going to pay the balance and never did. I do not recommend them, you are better off getting credit cards with chase
login issues
most annoying APP/BANK ever, as soon as I finish to pay, I will cut any tie with this Bank. Always asking what type of account do I have, is annoying, always have to sign in. Looking forward for the day I finish with this Bank.
