A disaster. Selecting airports and only the airports you want is impossible
This app has inaccurately described where the TSA PreCheck lines are at Sea-Tac for MONTHS. I dont know that they have EVER gotten it right.

This app is not accurate. I was just at the Atlanta airport and the TSA app says 15 minute wait but it's more like 35.

its base on historical data, not actual times. uninstalling
when I actually need it, like now when the TSA agents who aren't getting paid and lines will start to get long, it doesn't work. the app is fully based on historical data, not real time data, so it is complete useless when you suddenly need it.
Inaccurate and unfair. A large number of the population still use computers/laptops. Not everyone has a smart phone. Forcing the use of an app is not right unless you're going to provide an alternate way to get updates (like a toll-free number).
Can you please update the app icon to the adaptive style?? I don't understand why this was never done. This should have been done back when Android 8.0 came out. We're into version 16 and still have an outdated icon format.
Attempted to download the app to my Android, and my phone blew up with messages stating I had a virus and my system was locked. immediately removed it. It's not worth it.
Projected wait time for regular tsa is 15 minutes no matter the day or time. Such BS!

doesn't provide wait time by the different security lines at ATL. only gives an average for all which can vary significantly. e.g. there are not individual wait times for digital ID, TSA PreCheck, main, etc...
what is the point of an app for estimated wait times? I can Google that... let me know when this gives live data on where the lines are.

Downloaded to see current wait times for TSA, but the app only gives generic wait times and estimates, not current wait times. It gives wait times based on a day and time, not date.

I have a Samsung S21 Ultra, the app isn't compatible with it. Seriously, this is a joke. No explanation, just says not compatible.

Historical estimated wait times are not helpful IMO. Today in DSM it is a mess and if you were relying on the app, you would be very disappointed.

TSA precheck is a rip off! It took over 4 months b4 I received my KTN (last year). I've been on 4 flights since & it still does not work! Airlines say it's TSA's fault...TSA says it is the airline's fault. Neither makes any effort to help...a complete $85 rip off & waste of time!

TSA wait times are a joke. Says 15 minutes and it's going to take @ 1 hour at CVG this Monday morning. That's really the only reason to download something like this. App is worthless. Don't waste your time!

I\ have spent hours on this app trying to get all my airports installed so that when I purchase a ticket from a different airport, I have TSA on it.It should not take this long
Wait Times describe average times and NOT what is happening at the time you actually ask...less helpful
Does not provide TSA PreCheck line wait times, so the app is of limited use if you're using that.
Installed only because that's the official way to get wait times. But it shows average times... Across entire international airports where I know it's common for one checkpoint to have a 5 minute wait and another to have a 30 minute wait at the same time.
