Technisches Totalversagen. Das Versprechen, rechtzeitig über alle Schritte der Reise informiert zu werden, scheitert daran, dass sie entweder gar keine Benachrichtigung schickt oder es dann schon zu spät ist. Oft ruft sie nur einen Browser auf mit entsprechendem Login-Debakel. Heute gab es ein Update, nun kann ich die Reisedaten nicht mehr anzeigen. Neuinstallation etc. erfolglos, keinerlei Support. Nun hoffen wir, dass der Check-in ohne jegliche Unterlagen vor Ort klappt. 🤞

I bought a flight and then noticed that this is probably not a flight company which would not be that bad, if I could access my flight booking. I get error and cannot access it via the app.
It only speaks German?? And I cannot log in to an account created in the desktop app? Is this some kind of joke? Go away! (Unistalling.)

Wenn ich den Maßstab der Karte ändere, dann verschiebt sich der Hotel-Marker je nach Zoomstufe bis hin zu Gran Canaria. 4. "sie können die App während Update benutzen" un dann wird man "automatisch abgemeldet". Excellent!
Empfangene Nachrichten sind nur in den Notifications sichtbar (bei längerem Text abgeschnitten) und nach dem ersten Klick verschwunden und nicht mehr abrufbar. Sinnlos für eine App, die der Information dienen sollte.

Langsam, voller Werbung, problemanfällig. Und das seit Jahren. Ohne mobiles Internet nach vorherigen Check-in keine Bordkarten-Anzeige möglich. 🤦♂️

Poor performance, it is way too slow. Ordering or cancelling services does not work well. Integration with other providers via the app isn't working
STOP abusing the "important messages" category for your ad notifications. You are making this important functionality (think about disruptions to your travel!) completely useless, because I don't want to receive your spam, so I will block this category now...
App dient nur für Werbung und der Versuch Kunden noch mehr teure "Services" zu verkaufen. Gebuchte Plätze etc. können nicht angezeigt werden. Erste und letzte Mal mit TUI in den Urlaub!!!!
Developers are utter imbeciles cannot even create a working app. This app constantly crashes.
Use the web page. The app omits most useful information, and you have to check the web page anyways. Especially frustrating was it to get the online check in information late because I was expecting it with the app and not the web page. Overall useless.

How can you switch the app input language to English, please?
App does not support the English language. In the 21st century, imagine that. They think that in Switzerland, there are no people talking just English. They think all people should talk German. Really disappointed !
Not possible to change language and I dont speak German.
Die App funktioniert nicht richtig: wenn man auf die Push Notification klickt, dann muss sich die App auf genau diese Nachricht sich öffnen. Das passiert aber nicht, und das ist ziemlich das einzige was ich mit dieser App machen möchte.

A nice idea, if it would work. Basically every page of interest shows loading error. Retried multiple times a day for 2 weeks, even in multiple networks. Especially painful, when you are in a country with roaming and this app is supposed to be your source of information about trips, airport shuttle time, flight changes .. Absolutely Useless
Disaster. Nothing works. I have two bookings made via TUI, one in the past one upcoming. The app shows none of them. Adding does not work, listing bookings does not work. Every message is "leider... Könnte nicht geladen werden" noch mals versuchen. Never seen such a disastrously poor app!
Dreadful. Extremely slow to load and zero information on how to check in for your flight. Waste of phone SSD space.
The idea is nice, but messages aren't displayed in full (e.g. directions to the hotel transfer coach) and flight information won't load properly, making it altogether pretty useless.

Unnötig, meine Eltern haben kein Handy, es gibt aber keine Möglichkeiten, Infos vor Ort zu erhalten, alles muss übers App gehen. Musste es für sie herunterladen und muss sie im Ausland anrufen, um die Infos zu übermitteln. Werden nie wieder für sie über TUI buchen, dafür bucht man doch über ein Reisebüro, um sich nicht selbst um alles kümmern zu müssen.
This app is a mess, which is a shame because the service otherwise was great. Tui did not let us down, but this app and it's webpage is embarrassing. All I wanted was to check the departure time of my transfer, and after atleast 4 hour of trying I couldn't. No response from the support, nothing... I was forced to wait in the lobby, annoyed with this damn application.
Just booked a ticket with TUI for the first time and I downloaded the app to upload my tickets...just like I do with every other airline. It took me about an hour to create an account due to the constant errors and I still cannot upload my ticket. This is by FAR the worse airline app I ever used...and I flew some pretty awful airlines in my life. I hope your airplanes are better than your app...or else I am in trouble.
Die App funktioniert nicht. Immer wenn ich mich mit meinen Zugangsdaten einloggen, gibt es eine Fehlermeldung - bitte probieren Sie es später erneut. Im Browser kann ich mich normal einloggen. Auch nach deinstallieren und Cache löschen nichts... Sehr enttäuschend.
Insanely Bad App. Nothing Works!
Basically this app is a nice idea to bundle all the important documents and information in one app. In practice however this app is awful and useless. Flight information isn't loaded correctly. Important information for pick up come also as an SMS where I can read them again. In the app however if I click on the notification the message is gone and I can't even see it again, same with chat messages they are just not shown anymore and weren't answered anyway. Utterly useless
Even though I Registered,the App didn't recognized me. I had to repeat the registration step only to not be able to lock in at any point..I deleted that App again as it is useless to me..
