I wanted to be able to ask how I add an engine to my boat rego so download the app. there is nothing helpful here.. unless you want a digital licence just use the website..
won't recognise license number, then signing up without license, & the verification sent to email NEVER arrived .. seriously Vic Gov .. out of funds to even run this app huh ?!!
can't sign up without having pass key. What a disappointment
I couldnt even get Authenticator QR code when i've tried to sign in. I wouldnt get through bc Authenticator didnt work.
To register I'm duplicating everything accurately from my physical licence and it keeps telling me there is a problem with my registration. Doesn't tell me exactly what the problem is. So I can't even register to use the app.
I can't believe how dysfunctional this app is. I already had a Vicroads account, but had to reset my password. No problem. On first login I was forced to create a passkey, also no problem. But when I then log in using my passkey it presents me with a screen with numbers 0-9, like a phones keypad. I have no idea what to enter here. So I came out of the app, opened it again and it asked me to enter my PIN, but I haven't created a pin! Hopeless. Uninstalling.
can't log into app or website as I can't find where the verification code is being sent to. looked in email and sms, no luck. I hope they never go fully autonomous.
latest update is not compatible with my phone

bloody impossible to navigate, endless rabbit hole of clicking links only to find more 'how to' information that does absolutely nothing. app needs some serious reviewing.

Won't let you proceed without first requiring you to tick a box to get a digital driver's licence. Authoritarian rubbish.
Sorry licence app is not user friendly, access is very clumsy particularly if requiring it for proof if required whilst driving. Give me the plastic card anytime as a preference.
Works for but my husband can't even log in. App insists he already has an account but won't send him a verification code. Utterly frustrating and ridiculous. Since VicRoads has been secretly half privatised, its services cost much more and are crapper than ever before.

It was great to have a digital license but when I finally went to use it, the app needed updating, which is fine however I couldn't update it because it doesn't support my phone. Loved finding that out when I needed to show my license. I'm not buying a new phone when everything else works. Samsung S10 That and at the same time the Vicroads website crashes on Firefox or Safari. Time for some updates that work Vicroads
To do anything you enter email, enter password and i can not get a SMS or it does not accept my authenticator app and will not let me get any further. This is so incredibly frustrating and even phone help can not get me onto the site. All i want to do is pay you money and now i have to drive an hour one way to do it. Why can't this be simple like it was over a year ago
if I can't open my license without mobile data, then what's the point of having this app at all? If I get pulled over in the middle of nowhere (i.e. a place far from phone towers), the app is going to fail and I STILL need to have my physical license on my person to remedy the problem. USELESS
Useless! Apparently my device ( older Samsung) isn't compatable with this app...
very disappointed when I didn't have this app for very long & they made it incompatible to my phone. Not everybody can afford a new phone.

Can't use the app without Internet. So you have to take your physical licence with you just in case: what's the point, then? If the app has a registered user (from at least one login with internet), why not cache the licence and show a warning message for the police (or whoever is viewing) that the info could be out of date. Basic stuff, guys. The app is a good idea, just unfortunately very poorly implemented, with little thought about usage.
This is not the same as website and should be. No notifications or payments for rego renewals. This needs to updated. I will have to use website until the app works like it should.

Unable to login. Resetting password encounters an error after entering verification code.
It asked me for my screen lock pattern to unlock my phone as a verification, I don't think so
scumbags tried making an account for the 10th time and keep getting an error. How am I going to do the online test to get my Ls!
Unable to decifer card number due to small print and age of card. Forget5 it. I'll go to Vicroads office and waste my time antd theirs.
Stalls with spinner over the 'Simplify your signin' passkey screen, buttons not available. Samsung A52s 5G. edit: I was already logged in (could see demerits) but when clicking to show license it told me I was logged out, and that login process stalled at passkey. Tried logging out and got an error message. Uninstalled and reinstalled, which solved the problem.

Changed my phone , changed my new number with you , but still you look for my old phone to send details. cannot change phone type here. WHY ?????
Downloaded twice, but the app is blocked on my Galaxy Z Fold6. The notification is blocked and greyed out, so I can't turn it off.
cant even sign in...what a joke. why make an app if you can even get the sign in correct. Typical useless vic gov again.
