latest updates made the app unusable for me. the "clock in" confirmation button is placed where my phones minimize buttons are. the minimize buttons on my phone are located at the bottom of the phone screen. cant confirm clocking in without minimizing the app. is it possible to move the clock in confirmation button back where it was before? im using a 2020 LG Velvet.

This app has a lot of problems. I can't access several pages because: 1. Does not work on android tablets! 2. The app doesn't let you scroll down to click the "Accept" or "Acknowledge" buttons!
The fact a multi-billion dollar company made such a buggy app that only works half the time and they require you to use it for your job functions is insane.
The font is enormous, not able to confirm such things as the bottom is cut off🤔
The font on my app is to large and part of my calender is cut off I cant even ask for Fridays off because there is no Friday on my calendar! And do you think I could get help no! Terrible App!

ever since the update the app runs constantly in the background even while the phone is locked. my work phone is dead by lunch time and my personal phone not far behind it. Honestly wiuld rather just delete the app and use the computers for everything then destroy my phone battery. also prefered the old layout was alot easier to navigate and find information then the new update.

Last few updates have made the battery usage insane. I can feel my personal phone getting extremely hot as well when the app isn't even open.
never seem to recognize my email address.
New version still fast-drains my battery, plus it no longer respects the area used by the navigation bar at the bottom, making it problematic to tap on buttons down there. Ugh!
everytime I try to clock in it crashes the app so I cant clock in
on the calendar for the PTO to take days off it does not even show the whole week my calendar is missing Fridays and that is just if you were trying to put in for PTO not my work schedule
hate that the app would sign me out every other time just because of connection issues.. doesnt even a "remember me" option.. now it tries running in the background draining my battery.. billion dollar company people.. gotta love the ideas they come up with that doesnt improve associates work wise

used to be good not anymore I hence to use this app nightly while I work my overnight shift the app used to work great but now there's nothing but problem after problem this app updates just about every week with new things or improved things but doesn't seem to fix any actual problems the biggest problem is gow it'll drain your battery over 30% only after being on the clock and using this app for 2 hours this never used to be an issue please fix this problem!

In-App Camera is basically useless for android phones. App needs to be restarted constantly to use scan features
Never update this app immediately as they post. Wait three weeks, read reviews first. The developers are careless.
??? what is the deal this application will suck the battery right out of your phone. after clocking in to work and then not using the app for an hour phone drops to 70% ... that is not acceptable. please do something about the power hungry app.

i am at work clocked in and still can't see anything this app sucks
constantly crashes and very slow, vizpick now freezes my phone up and after what seems like forever it will crash. it now has a notification saying it's working in the background, around the same time my phone is warning me it's using too much battery. it's currently not even lunch and my phone has dropped from 100 to 34 %

I do not know what has happened with this app. But, it's garbage now. Why is it absorbing SO MUCH battery life? Why is it bothering me to put in a PIN, EACH TIME I open it back up? Why is it preventing me from scanning when I need to? Why is going to black screen when I try to scan? Why do I have to keep closing and re-opening the app for it to work? Why does it take forever to load my digital key? WHY AND WHAT IS GOING ON?! FIX THIS APP RIGHT NOW FOR ALL EMPLOYEES!!!

After the most recent update, the app now drains the battery at a rate that makes it difficult to complete tasks.
This thing is so buggy. I have four different pop ups that open when I open the app and when I close them the "call" feature pops open and says it's not available. It takes five minutes to clock in and I have to do it at least twice. It says I've missed a punch but when I go look it doesn't show up and there's no one to ask about it.

No you may not have call permissions on my personal phone! Idiotic that we still can't choose a custom value for backroom case label quantity (Vizpick labels). Employees are forced to use this app for most work & pay related tasks. You're at home in a dimlit bedroom getting ready for bed. You open the app to check your schedule or request time off and it burns your eyes. There's no dark theme. Also when putting in PPTO the time selection wheel overshoots my intended selection EVERY time. Fix it!
They want us to use this pile of junk to clock in and out as well as most all other functions like checking schedules and putting in time off etc. Yet it's constantly shutting down, sending me useless pop-ups and just generally bug ridden. One would think the largest retailer in the world could manage to do a bit better...oh wait, Amazon is now the largest retailer in the world...wonder if they have a better app???
I work self-checkout and this app is God awful. Constantly crashing, constantly delaying alerts for a register, and constantly telling me I don't have a camera unless I reset it.
This new update drains my battery so fast. Before the update, after a shift i would go home with 50 - 70% battery. Now i have to charge my phone during my shift.
RIP battery life: Update forces your location on and keeps it on in the background. says "Working in the background to make things faster" Only to completely drain your battery in 4 hours and make your phone feel like an oven. I have had this phone for 3 years and did not know it could get that hot.
running in the background with out permission even with permissions turn off old version was better fix this its killing my battery!!!!!
