5G used to work quite well, though terrible whenever I was abroad, which is really frustrating when relying on it to manage public transport. Now it's way worse since I resubscribed after the contract ended. Connection drops just about everywhere.
facature is slecht
3 keer verkeerde glasvezel kastjes verstuurd. Monteur kwam met de goeie en het werkte meteen maar gaf toe dat de youfone helpdesk medewerkers prutsers zijn.

Is it just me or the app prevents you from logging in every now and then? No error message, but just can't log in. Pretty annoying...
It's a scam. They advertise as if you can call anyone with their packages but then at the end of the month will give you a 30€ extra point in the bill for calling one specific kind of number they didn't warn you about. Just keep looking for a different, more honest carrier.
You increase my bill by 3% without warning. Then when I want to check what's going on, you won't let me log into the app anymore?!! 5 months later and still cannot log in!
Unfortunately, there's no zero-star option. After a year with Youfone, I can say the internet quality is terrible - slow, unstable, and constantly dropping. Even worse is their customer service. They ignore emails, don’t follow up after calls, and every time you contact them, the only advice they give is: “restart your modem.” That’s it. No real help, no solution

It recently always wants me to log in on my phone. It's also really slow when I'm abroad to see how much data I've actually used.. I'm not sure if that happened with the recent update, but this trip has been completely useless
Company has awful customer support and the app itself is very bad. Be warned.

they are scammers!!! I had a contract with them for years and they constantly changed my plan and from the unlimited internet I paid for I had 3 GB of internet for the day.... get away from them as fast as possible
Youfone service support pretends to help but nothing is done. Stay away at all costs!

Sketchy tactics to charge you a big a bill for megabytes after using up the bundle, no way to activate the bundle early, supplement bundles are super expensive and the app is in dutch only. I am very disappointed and regret subscribing.
Niet transparant in de kosten en het verbruik, zomaar achteraf €20-€30 bovenop de maandlasten vanwege meer dan 10 dagen "vertraging in de verwerking van dataverbruik" die natuurlijk sinds nieuwe abonnement elke maand 200-600mb hoger uitvalt dan mijn mobiel zelf aangeeft. Ook geen waarschuwing voor die vertraging, alleen achteraf, zodat je stilletjes 99x meer betaalt voor MBs buiten je bundel. Nergens in de app te vinden hoe je eerlijke data kan bijkopen. Cynische service aan telefoon.
Wat een vervelende app om te gebruiken, het kost 10 minuten om daadwerkelijk nuttige informatie over je abonnement te vinden maar de onnodige reclame is overal te vinden. Lekkere prioriteiten.
Noem deze app gewoon Youfone, my is een beetje overbodig.

Algemene feedback over Youfone (niet specifiek de app): Slecht bereik, extreem hoge kosten buiten de bundel, betalen voor het instellen van een Data plafond, betalen voor het mogen bijkopen van data (!!!) als het op is die maand. Youfone, nooit meer nadat ik verlost ben van dit abonnement.
I don't like company policy. I bought a 20 GB bundle for 19euro. My sim activated 29th of previous month.Now I am at 20th day. I used totally 8 GB internet but my invoice is 38 euro. Because invoice start on 1st day of month. It must start when I activated my bundle. I paid 17 euro extra for the first day because they started period on 1st day of month. They cost me extra 17 euro for 170 mb internet. This is not a fair, it is like a trap.
Horrible app from a horrible company. The app doesn't actually display your current usage so it's very easy to go over budget at which point you'll have to pay extra. This is their primary way of making money. Took em to the disputes committee over it and won the the case, but they refuse to update their app to actually function. It's a disgusting company that no one should do dealings with.
Login is broken - username field doesn't support + sign, despite me successfully loging with my username on the website.
The data meter is off and doesn't update so you have no idea how much data you've consumed.
In 1 word: terrible. - Data left for this month: doesn't update often (like twice a day or so), so you basically never know how much is really left when you need it most. - Unlimited data is not really unlimited data. At some point (I think it was after 5GB) they block data roaming. Unblocking took 2 years and many phone calls in which they promised it was now really solved. - After each update of the app you need to enter your credentials again. - Bugs are not fixed.
Horrible app. I can't see if I went above my data plan or not. And I have to pay extra to cut my internet off when my data limit is reached? What a cheap company. Luckily I have 1 year subscription. Can't wait to switch to a different company.
Je kunt alleen data bijkopen als je een dataplafond hebt ingesteld (50 cent hoewel dit voor hun volledig geautomatiseerd en kosteloos is). Dit plafond gaat echter pas de volgende maand in waardoor je dus geen data kan bijkopen zodra je dat nodig hebt. Ook fijn dat ze niet vermelden hoeveel data buiten je bundel kost (slechts €100 per Gb). Mensen naaien is voor hun een verdienmodel, hoeren dus.

In the first month of my contract went severely over budget because the datalimkt is off by default and you have to pay for it. 100eur later decided not to complain and increase the data amount for the contract. This was very easily done in the App, but it doesn't tell you you will lose all benefits and discount that came with the original contract. After contacting them nothing could be done to help. They will squeeze any penny they can even if it is unreasonable. Avoid like the plague.
Dear youfone please fix your app it does not download the latest bill to your phone it says there is no pdf software on the phone. Actually thinking os sending your devs a video.
Serieus.. Dit is echt de meest nutteloze app die ik ooit heb gezien. Het voegt niets toe aan de website die je ook op je telefoon kunt bekijken met de browser. Waarom zou je dan een app installeren?
More than the word bad. Don't even try to put yourself in this fire.the agreement will never be what they will deduct from your accounts. it will be either times two or more. A WORD TO THE WISE IS ENOUGH
