does not show money in american currency.
always defaults to local post office delivery and NEVER home address. settings are set to home address and overrides every single time...drives me nuts!!

The clothes were big and very poor quality. The previous order 2 years ago the dress were unshrank fabric and as soon it was washed the dress shrank. Would not be returning.

Why is it that most online stores delivers to a lot of countries but not any country in the balkans? No slovenia, croatia or anything but italy and austria which is right next to us is working? Really weird.
Horrible app. The shoppi experience is also horrible. It's been over a week since i placed my order. It is stuck with no update whatsoever. The customer service is also incompetent. They don't reply to requests. I will never shop here again.

I love na-kd but this is the worst app. It constantly crashes and I lost all my items in my bag after the app bugged at checkout.
Can't use store credit in app.
Unable to check out. Failed several times.Screen freezes each time after I press "order against payment". Have tried everything from clearing the cache to uninstalling. Nothing is working.
It is a pity that this app has several bugs and it crashes every now and then. I had to finally uninstall. :( I hope the bugs get resolved soon.
Hello I downloaded the app but it's not working. Everytime I open it, it gives off an error message and to try again but it keeps happening over and over again.
The app does not fit properly on the Google Pixel 9 pro XL's screen. I cannot access the search menu, or apply filters etc. anymore as they are at the very top of the screen, which makes the app impossible to use. It's a shame as this is one of my favourite brands. Please fix this!

Gets really slow or crashes after browsing products a bit.
The app crashes frequently, lost all my saved items, and videos of items just freeze. Although it says it accepts AMEX, I've never been able to actually pay with AMEX which is annoying, the payment process on this app is so frustrating. They also do not offer free returns.
