Jun 26 - App and Bank overall continually goes down hill, virtual assistent AI is trash, wait times for real bankers are DAYS, I AM A premier banking customer and the service by staff are is also sub par, i wil be taking my business elsewhere in 2027. Jan 20 161%battery usage, this is still going over 12months - 180% baterry usage today I havent even opened the app - will be moving banks in 2020 it is simply unworkable. SORT IT OUT Still NOT FIXED , FIND ANOTHER BANK, I WILL BE 13 Jan 2020

App usually works fine and as expected. However I received an update today that allowed "new customisation" to make the app "work better for me" and I was initially very excited to customise my app! Unfortunately the customisation still does not include dark mode. We really need dark mode in this day and age, so many people suffer migraines etc from a white screen. Please help us and add dark mode asap. Thank you!
Absolutely sick to death of haveing to update NAB banking, cost me a new phone last time what is it going yo cost me this time.

Not available on my device.. Seriously, my phone is a Huawei Nova 5t. It's an android bought just over 5 years ago. In a word of online banking and checking my account balance, I stuck! Not a happy customer.
I have been using this app for several years and the last few years, I have to reload it every time I use it if I want to access quick balance

Have a NAB. Can see my accounts. Great Have a NAB car loan, powered by Plenti. I understand this is a third party lender but I can't see the car loan in my app with my other accounts. The car loan was through NAB. Approved by NAB and there is no way to see my loan unless I search for it every time I open the app. Now i can't update my direct debit details because I can't receive SMS verification through plenti even though I've updated with NAB. Horrible app. Horribly messy.

Would be nice if it detected device orientation and adjusted to match. I always use my tablet in landscape orientation so for this app to only have a portrait option is very annoying.
searching for payments is so hard. the display just gives you a code for the payment, nothing about the receiver or sender name or description. It's so frustrating. It makes it really hard to know if you've been scammed cus all the payments just have a random code and not the standard identity info you need in words. please update!
