Can't update on my phone anymore
The fingerprint scanner is so bad that I couldn't even remove it from my profile because it wouldn't scan my thumb properly which is required to remove it, so I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall the app to get rid of it!
ID verification has become a persistent issue that I haven't been able to resolve. The in-app process consistently fails after uploading my license. I visited a NAB branch yesterday and confirmed my details are correct. I'd love to keep using the app but this is a real barrier to accessing my accounts, and I'm not sure what else I can do on my end.

Once again and months later I guess the issues where my statement says Atmx ATMs showing up as NAB ATMs located at say Fairfield Gardens Shopping Centre and Arana Hills in Brisbane, won't be fixed or ignored like other issues I reported, as template responses blaming me, making false promises etc are not investigating and fixing issues. (The actual owners of the ATMs, atmx ignored my feedback several times which means they don't care)

App worked fine until the new update. Now I'm told the app is not compatible with my phone?!? My other bank app works, why not yours?!? You take away the tellers, you modify the branches to make them less practicle, now the app. An account I've had with you for over 20yrs?? You need to correct this lack of accessibility. If you claim it's for security, incorrect other "secure" apps work on my phone. When coding the app, obvious mistakes were made. Fix it, you can. Or don't push update.
Hi, I can't use this app on my galaxy S9. Is there anyway to make it compatible?

So now it is not compatible suddenly with my S9+ running Android 10. No I am not going to buy a new phone. Idiots. Westpac app works ANZ app works So why not NAB ?? There is nothing wrong with what I am running and there are thousands of people out there running the same. And further to this, how many people out there only have a mobile phone, no access to a Laptop or PC. !!
Enjoyed the app til it became incompatible with my phone. my phone still out competes most flagship phones... but no. Toss it away. Ridiculous.
would not recommend this bank or app , major issues of them removing money they are not entitled to and gaslight you and do things to your account then after making a high end complaint your money magically seems to reaper down right discussing actions and behaviour i got yesterday
The account no on the first page does not display the whole account no; missing out the last digit. This has caused me much headache.....can you fix it?

Won't work on my phone anymore. A message saying contact the developers. Where do I contact them? Is was a great App. Used it all the time. May have to change banks as I NEED the App. I have a Samsung S9+ phone and it still works fine.
This app worked perfectly and now not compatible with my android phone. It worked perfectly before why change it. I'm not wasting money on a new phone as I don't need one every other app works. You need to fix the app as it was. I need to do my banking with ease. Do something. I have also done everything they sent me. Still doesn't work. Nab You need to look after your customers. My rating is 0 stars.

Changing banks as this app is no longer available on my phone and im not buying a new phone just for nab.
app has worked fine for years. now it needs an update and when I try to update it I get a message saying my device is no longer supported. My phone is only a few years old and was top of the line when I bought it so this is very frustrating. They should either update the app to use older phones (I'm not buying a new phone over one app) or they should just allow us to use an older version of the app without updating, rather than making the update block the app on our phone.

Absolutely piss poor effort. latest update did not include a complete android phone update I have the HUAWEI P30, and now I have lost access to my accounts. will be closing down and switching to a more competent bank
