app refuses to acknowledge my address which mean it's pointless

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP OR SHOP AT NANDOS Nandos somehow think it is acceptable to charge £2.99 for delivery and Jack another £2.99 for a service fee £6 in charges alone i have no issue paying delivery fee but why should I pay a service fee i will spend my money elsewhere thanks and will NOT RECOMMEND to anyone I Will actively promote other places who do NOT RIP CUSTOMERS OFF

tables for 7 waited half an hour then got split to 2 tables across the restaurant! nandos food is nandos food and always good
No way to contact restaurant, spent over half an hour on a call centre who just says they can't contact restaurant, unable to cancel. I know there are worse problems in the world but you should be able to cancel an order that doesn't arrive or at least contact the restaurant, all we wanted to do was try to pick up the order ourselves after waiting for an hour after the apps estimated delivery time and just get told we cannot reach anyone or refund you.
logged me out and will not let me log back in. sends a code to my email. every time I enter it get message 'something went wrong' then ' your session timed out'
