If I got to burn 80 bucks gas to deposit a check.i think it's time go to TD bank

Extremely Disappointed Experience with National Bank of Canada: Frozen Accounts, Zero Communication, No Resolution. I opened a chequing account, LOC, and credit card after full verification and approval. Two weeks later, my accounts were frozen without notice. I visited the branch multiple times and contacted customer service repeatedly, but got no explanation or resolution. I am still waiting for NBC to resolve this issue.

they'll spam you with garbage emails you can't deactivate. After years of erasing them, I turned the app upside, found the place mentioning "tips and tricks emails" and it can't be disabled, it's part of the terms and conditions. so I blocked all emails from them. if that ends up being a problem, I'll close my 20+ year old credit&debit and move to another bank that won't waste my time deleting mandatory corporate bs&publicity ( and agenda pushing ) aimed at the mentally challenged.

Missing statement notifications like when new statement is available, when they bill is due etc. Its the bare minimum for day to day banking Edit: Your doesn't have the basic notification feature and please don't guide me to the basic FAQ. I contacted the customer support line was on call for 55 min only to get an answer, sorry those notifications are not avaliable.

The app is not user-friendly at all, and the bank behind it is as unreliable and unprofessional as can be, and this is an overstatement. Do yourself a huge favor and keep away... unless you like having headaches and like to waste your energy and time following up on each fee that spawns into your account out of nowhere. Worst decision ever.

I'm traveling, and the process of an unplanned update to my Credit card , is giving me a hard time ... The new card was shipped home , but I'm half way across the planet . And now my current card is now refused online ... But you were notified that I was traveling for 3 months , with the APP. ... OK I can understand this "automatic and within the two months before expiration" . But my card was valid until 03/29 THREE MORE YEARS 🤔😠
