this bank is the most garbidg bank in the world I had 300000 in my bank they basically left me homeless and on the streets for like 1 month because I could not access my money and they would not give me any reason wen I did get to use my money they shut my account down after I used all my money for no reason if I could give 0 review I would
Frequently showing a technical problem error when trying to pay a bill.
apo crashes often, cannot log in almost every week so very annoying when a bill payment or etranfser must be done with no access to my funds. their customer service is also terrible, not accessible 24/7. wish I could rate zero stars ** update March 8: app not functioning, again technical issues message **

Get rid of Digital ID.. apps are useless control
it doesn't work anymore on my phone because it's too old apparently. why should I change my phone that work perfectly because that app can't handle it. it was fine before. this is a big waste again.

I'm traveling, and the process of an unplanned update to my Credit card , is giving me a hard time ... The new card was shipped home , but I'm half way across the planet . And now my current card is now refused online ... But you were notified that I was traveling for 3 months , with the APP. ... OK I can understand this "automatic and within the two months before expiration" . But my card was valid until 03/29 THREE MORE YEARS 🤔😠
unable to open app as it freezes on the logo page. I have uninstalled, updated my ph and reset the phone ...other apps are ok.
All of a sudden, can't log in using the app. it says it can't verify my account. but I can log into the website with the same username and password. So the app is, of course, broken.
