very good app gives accurate time and tracking keep on making it more accurate 10-12 hours of error is completely fine!

app gave wrong (complete opposite) information about coach position of train no. 09309 at Kota Jn.
earlier it was showing train departing station but now it is not showing
worst app. When I search train name. It says please enter five digit train number. While it is enter train no/ name. Very frustrating with this app

It always show the running status late. After reached the station I noticed that train left, but in this app it still shows yet to arrive. worst app.

गडीका टाईम ठिक से नहीं बताता और कोच पोझिशन हमेशा गलत होती हैं, दुसरे ॲप से दो स्टेशन पिछे बताता हैं, ईस कारण से गाडी मिस होते होते बच गयी

proper homework has not been done before this update. just tell me how anyone will come to know about the present location of the train if I am not aware of the route. had also requested to put stations in between which it used to be there earlier.
The old version was better than the new one.I used to see the train symbol when checking the live status, but now I have to keep looking up, which is causing a lot of trouble. Please update the application to the older version.

after latest update the live station is showing when searching train number but when tapped on the date to see list of stations there the live station and upcoming stations r not being shown since the latest update. This must be corrected immediately

Train running time always shows wrong in NTES app. Live status is inaccurate and not updated properly. Passengers cannot trust the timing shown in the app. Very poor experience.

I checked the live status of the train when i m in the train it shoed completely wrong info. Train was 15 mins late. but it showed No delay. Other than that you can use this get train details. Not showing the coach position even for a running train. How are we supposed board?? When a train stops for 1 min without knowing position
what a railway system special train schedules train time is 5.37 escalating the time at every half an hour now the time is showing at 11.00 how worst the system is also planning department of railways.

पहले ट्रेन का लाईव्ह स्टेटस अच्छेसे दीखता था. लेकीन अपडेट होणे के बाद ट्रेन का लाईव्ह स्टेटस अच्छेसे नही समज आता है..
last time update is not good because train live status not shown and not proper work.
The train # 20630 starting on May 16 Sabari Express......apparently the NTES track your train is not synced. its frozen .
