I checked the live status of the train when i m in the train it shoed completely wrong info. Train was 15 mins late. but it showed No delay. Other than that you can use this get train details. Not showing the coach position even for a running train. How are we supposed board?? When a train stops for 1 min without knowing position

IRCTC simply cannot address people's problems and issue tickets on time. Where do these tickets go when the server is down? 👎
railway as a company is biased never gets lower birth seats to young generation like us and if. u r boy or men dont think u will be in priority u will be trashed and if u r in bihar u r done no ticket ever railway I dont like it. bad service

This app is from railway, which is public sector body so why this app contains ad and who can taking revenue generated from ad.
Station Se Train Chodne Ke Baad Bhi Dikhata hai ki station mai hi ruka huya hai...aur kabhi kabhi station se departed dikha deta hai lekin departure huyai nahi hai actually ma, kripya isko thik kare aur fast kare thoda process ko nahi toh train miss ho jayega
Worst app.No real time update like where is my train.Also update shows after 2-3 hours of train departed from source station.
Only advertisement nothing else useless application.
For Flying Rani Train Number 12921 and 12922, Wrong Coach Position shown for FC1 and 2 MST (Coach no 7, 8 and 9). App showing GEN for these coaches
I kindly request NTES to update or make changes in updating the status of train.
It does not give correct information about the platform on which the train is arriving and does not update it.

sabse faltu railway network in world. Don't believe you will reach your destination on time. Because worst govt. ka worst train. If train will late then no issue if you will late then you will not get your refund. kesa kesa log rehte he es duniya me....

Not reliable for platform information. This is an official indian railways app and yet it shows the wrong/incorrect platform information for the arriving trains. One more thing, why does it have so many ads? I mean it's an Indian government owned platform, right? Then why it's filled with annoying advertisements, and the same goes for the IRCTC Rail Connect app.

Worst experiences to get the location these days. For nearly 6months I have been facing issues with this app and had to rely on other apps for spotting the train.

This app deserves 2 star rating, why? Because this app can only give information about trains, but live train status monitoring service is very poor. Can't give exact information of live status of trains. "Where is my train" is the best alternative of NTES. It fulfills all requirements.
useless information needed is more readily available on Google or Gemini like apps
