can't transfer money
Fishing information from customers. You don't need to know where I work and how much I'm making.
What a useless update I hate what you have done. The layout has completely changed and it's not fit for purpose on a smartphone no matter how big the screen footprint. Just look at how much screen real estate you have to scroll through for just one month of activity. How can I remove the update so I can see at a glance easy readable columns.
very difficult indeed
Disgraceful ive been trying to log into app since 7.30 11th June. Stupid app keeps new app available but still cant get to pay bills or transfer money. Absolute disgrace sort it out please. Still no access to app that actually works. Its now 29th June nothing has changed still appalling app, cant use it now without debit card and card reader. I get fobbed off excuse after excuse. Im done with Nationwide

I was very disappointed after paying for insurance for over 10 years when I wanted to repair Mobile they started excuses and let me down, very disappointed.
