Can't get anything from nationwide on my phone
I am sick and tired of these predescribed questions. You ask a question and you are directed to 4 or more sites that are irrelevant to the question you want to ask. PLEASE stop sending your clients around and round your site. I have had enough of your evasive behaviour. I would also appreciate if I telephone that I speak to someone who asks me questions and then redirects to someone else and then I have to repeat myself.

07/05/2026 UPDATE VERSION 85.02 - "You can now hide payment references so they won't appear in your transaction list" DOES NOT EXIST. There is no option to hide transactions within the app. Even after I raised this error & concern with the Nationwide help via the app chat option and deleted and reinstalled the app this has not been resolved. PLEASE FIX ASAP
notifications don't work on android version on their app.

it's extremely difficult to navigate if u can't log in you have to call up if you don't have a card you can't log in any other way

App works fine but can only give 2 stars due to still not being app to pay in a cheque via digital imaging 8 years after the service was launched in the UK. Talk about being behind the times. The lack of this feature will be the reason I leave Nationwide
Better if you got a notification sound and the amount showing every time your card has been used. This helped to stop a massive amount of money being spent, when someone else started using my Tesco credit card. If Tesco can do it, then why can't the Nationwide?
