You can't use it unless you sign up for an account which I refuse to do as I do not want an account for every single application or website I visit. Having to create an account for literally everything online is ridiculous, but its probably so they can sell everybody's data to third parties.
Customer service is unwilling to engage in meaningful help when there are issues involving payment. I've spent hundreds of dollars on this service over several years. My 150 dollar sub got erased because the email on my Google account changed and I was told to just resubscribe. Absolute waste.
what a disappointment. you advertise this to be a free app , only free for 5 minutes what a joke. I do not recommend this app. I wouldn't give it the 1 star if I didn't have to
Install the app and basically after download the papers. I needed and putting it into the app after 8 seconds of listening to the recording. It prompts me to pay a $119 for yearly. i don't mind paying monthly but to offer only yearly is crazy work you should at least let me see how this app works for 7 day before I have to pay.
The year is 2026. No one should be paying for TTS apps. Do not download.
IT'S A PAID CARD
first off been using this app for years and years and years. and I've always raved about it to my friends and the dyslexic community. suddenly the app just doesn't work the way it used to new update or something. And of course that want to go back to the old ways. got to spend a huge amount of money on the subscription. guess I'm moving on to another app.
THIS APP IS AWFUL AND THE SERVICE IS AWFUL Wish I could give it half a star
worst app
not a good app. makes so many mistakes. waste so many hours of time. And the company wants to tell you how you can use your Project and tell you that you can listen to the work you put in. but you can't share with anybody. Why would I want to pay money and then spend hours on a project that I have to listen to myself? that I can't share with anybody? I found another app for about the same price but doesn't push you around and tell you how to use your own projects
this app is not usable as a book reader. reading stops after each paragraph. also it drains phone battery quick.

This app literally gives you like two minutes and then says your trial ended. As if im gonna pay for an app to read to me. No thanks, I'll just use the better FREE app Speechify or the basic Text to Speech
horrendous. it read one paragraph and then told me I had to pay for more lmao you deserve this one star review.
it's not free
can't read a pdf. after wasting my time and asking fpr permissions it said i need to upgrade to read a pdf document with images. garbage.

Natural Reader was once an excellent and effective tool for TTS, but since its expansion, it has terrible customer service and even worse usage documentation! I'm very sorry I bought it! The older version was much more productive and user friendly! Now it's just disappointing, frustrating, time-consuming, and very expensive! For the last month, I've been trying to get their customer service team to help me correct extraneous voices appearing where they were never chosen to be. Very aggravating
if i can't use this app offline then what's the point
I'm giving it one star because I made an account on their website, and in order to delete my account I found I have to download the app and sign in and cancel it there.

This is terrible.I never used it or bought it.Because the voices sound awful, they really need to up their game on the voices.No one's ever gonna use this, and it's current fashion Microsoft Word actually reads it to you better for free.If you have microsoft word , so why would you use this one?

It's great, if you don't mind having to restart your app every 10 minutes or so in order for the voice to continue working.
all of a sudden I have to keep it open as my only active tab or ut won't work. so no listening and looking around on the internet or checking emails. update: I did. It continues. I can't click off the app or playing stops.

very unnatural speech and weird pronunciation of normal words. *yarn* was pronounced *yarren* ethos pronounced ee-those" and odd random pauses reading a standard ebook
