who's idea was it to make the app even more complex than before? I used to be able to just go into an account I wanted and then transfer from this account to anywhere else. Now it's really awkward and not that easy to work out. Why keep changing the app that worked perfectly already? Yes it sounds easy for you - but then it was you that made it. Us customers just want easy convenience. Don't turn this app into a Crapp!

Constantly trying to push digital ID and surveilance features
Used to be a good app, easy to use and obvious functions to do anything you would need a banking app for. My biggest issue and headache is the constant change in visual layouts and location of functions. For example this year alone the transfer money option has moved at least twice to a new place. Don't break what doesn't need fixing.
useless NatWest keep lying to me. I was the one who first told you about my local branch "supposedly"closing just a couple of weeks after they told me they were definitely NOT CLOSING NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT AND THE LIES STILL WAITING FOR CALL BACKS AND A AGAIN A "SUPPOSEDLY NATWEST COLLEGE A MALE OVER THE PHONE LIED AND TRIED TO SCAM ME SERIOUSLY PLEASE CALL ME ASAP I'M STILL WAITING
And now the rewards benefits cannot be accessed via app. 👏👏👏
Useless App. Logged into manage a mortgage and repeatedly sent around in a circle having to login multiple times, just to be told to log in again to view the deals. Never did manage to see any of the offers. Will have to take my mortgage elsewhere.
Latest update has made this app absolutely unusable. There were already too many steps to make a transfer to another account or person but now it's so unintuitive. When clicking on an account to do a payment or transfer, you would expect that to be the account that you would be transferingfrom, but now for some reason it prepopulates that field with a random account which is incredibly frustrating. I have to quit the whole transaction and start again or go though about 7 clicks to change it back

Just updated the App, it's now very slow, very confusing, trying to speak to Cora is absolutely awful. Unable to understand simple instructions and little or no help, will have to go into the branch and speak to real people with real customer service, come on Nat West, get it sorted!!
New update is awful, so much harder to transfer money around than before. Please change this back as I keep forgetting to now change the account and having to click more times than before....

instructions to register if you only have a mortgage didn't work. I had to do it via the browser after spending half an hour searching. then it says click available deals and sends you to a page with a link to the app which is circular! shocking!

I had a notification to say I had a message about my query to do with the balance transfer but couldn't find the answer anywhere. This app needs a secure messaging facility and a bit of tender loving care ASAP.
Still the best banking app in my view, although it is consistently let down by the Credit Card transactions which seem to update randomly. Could be a few minutes or a day or so before the credit card balance updates. Even then, transactions are often not displayed and will suddenly appear a day or two later. Unfortunately, thats such an issue for me along with the lack of obvious reporting, I'm marking it down 3 stars.
Since the last update, transferring money from one account to another has become really confusing, even impossible to do so...
for some reason the app won't open at all even just shows the load screen then closes the app very annoying
205MB is a very large size for an app which does very little. Must have padding to slow down installations. Policy is not to be in a public place with installed banking apps.
