Google Maps does the same for free
Less than satisfactory. Loaded with ads and won't give any train routes without buying the premium version. UI is horrible, no option to change language. Uninstalled within minutes.

都内、京阪神はまあまあ使える。 でも地方路線はでたらめ。 平日と土日祝ダイヤの区別もないとこがある。 マスターデータが古い。走ってない路線を案内する。 中の人(課長部長クラス)と話したことあるが、「自分を大きく見せる」ことに執着しすぎだ。 基本機能ぐらいちゃんと実装しろ。
No English = prejudice towards foreigners = useless app
It's uncomfortable to use. The way they show the information is really bad. It looks so complicated, can't you make it more simple?? And even for basic information you have to pay every month. These kind of apps should be free. It really doesn't meet my experience
I don't know why someone doesn't make an easy to use program to help people use buses. It'd be the most downloaded program here!
Doesn't support anything other than Japanese. They have a separate multilingual app, but it's a completely different app, aimed at tourists.

I can't unsubscribe this app and it keeps charging me $3 a month. So annoying!
Annoying notifications. they pup even if you disable them
Cannot search for all stations with similar name in English (such as "Funabashi"), and we have to include terms such as "keisei" (whereas this is possible in Japanese, or not needed). As most other train apps use "Navitime", this is probably the main reason English search results are never accurate.

Really basic functions like transfer information requires premium subscription. O'Rly? Typically Japanese approach. Google can do it for free, what's the deal?

I paid for 30 days of this and Google Maps does the same good job. You can also go to Agoda for coupons and good deals. I don't know why this application is behind a paywall at all.
Worked well over the years which I have always subscribed to premium when I'm in Japan. Not sure if there are policy change or if it's just a bug, now I'm no longer able to make in app purchase. It just pops an error toast at the botto, regardless of which plan I tap on. Without to ability to see point to point routes which is premium only feature I may better just go back to gmap. When it worked I love the feature to prioritize escalators and lifts in finding station exits.

UI/UX is not good. Not clean looking app and easy to yse as compared to Chinese made app. Not mostly Map app service are not paid.
This app wants money so bad and it is really not traveller-friendly. - provide very little information unless you pay - complicated interface
