My internet is perfectly fine everything else works great. So sad. This is the most outrageous app I've ever used. Because the developers dont put the work into it. The streaming always has issues. 70% of the time there are bugs no stats or its freezing. Its a scam but there are no other options to watch all games and it shows they know that. :(

you need to fix your app
Best app in Google Play!!! After some time when I met Turkish fans they showed me at European Championships in Katowice that they pay 16Pln while we poles are getting robbed with a price of 83pln for NBA league pass. They humiliated us and showed their phones... Second thing, I ordered a t-shirt of Avdija from official store and after long time with no Info at all I was told that logistics lost the package... Time to leave Poland but... why you do treat us there so bad? I felt that I am robbed..

The back button no longer works on the app. That is a basic function, step up guys.

The games you want to watch are rarely available even with the paid subscription. You'll need to download and pay for other app subscriptions as well. Not worth it.

I paid thinking I could watch playoff games but apparently the NBA league pass doesn't allow you to watch games what a stupid app I will not pay for any of this and wish I could get back this money after only one day I've already cancelled

$25 for only SOME games. Most they make you watch on another service like Prime. So, if you don't have that service then you can't watch it. After talking to customer service they explained it's due to rights and restrictions. Totally understandable. What is not understandable is charging us the large amount knowing they can't give us all the games. The service charge is 2-3 times the amount of a regular streaming service. So why are we paying so much if they already know they can't deliver?
unusable. the stream plays fine in the background preview, but playing live starts buffering and kicks you out of the stream 9 out of 10 times. clearing data and reinstalling doesn't work. other streaming apps work fine. fix your media player, it's trash. it's been like this for years and the developers haven't fixed anything.
Bad for SmartTVs good for Fire stick. Hack your bad experience using Fire Stick that's optimized for streaming. I don't feel like loving this App but I hope this tip will help you to do not get angry will using the App.
lags and disconnects frequently
cant stream 80 percent of live games and cant even stream live play ins and play offs. utter waste of money

As usually, still the worst streaming app around. I'm assuming this is because we are in Australia and unimportant but without fail, i try to watch a replay of a game and it always stops playing before the end of the game with an error. Then if i can even get it to play again, I have to start the game from the beginning because God forbid 'resume' would actually remember where you were at. Unbelievable that after all these years its still shockingly bad.
Can't watch hardly any games and my favorite team is not local but it still gets blacked out more than 50% of the time... I guess I'll stick to baseball and Netflix.

I don't know what's going on with the app and the website but it's not synchronized. I tried to watch a game on my laptop has to sign in and my password was not accepted. Went through the steps to reset it, it worked. Later I tried to watch a game on the app and it wouldn't accept my new password. Now I've got to reset my password again. Please fix this!
Pretty glitchy in all screens. Good content when it works. but lots of spinning.
Unstable, when you open the app it is just loading forever. You always have to restart the device to open it properly. Sometimes the app crashes during streaming games esp. when switching games.
it not about the app, it's about refs , the refs always favors the thunder, in the game Suns vs thunder , the refs listen to Caruso to give Booker the T even tho books did not intentionaly throw the ball at a thunder player, fix your game.
streaming from a phone or tablet to a tv is just terrible, laggy, pauses each 2 or 3 minutes, quality drops frequently.

The control options for casting devices is non existent. if I use a Chromecast or similar device the game starts from the beginning of the transmission and the app does not have a time selection bar. 2026 edit. paying again for the playoffs, and the connectivity of the stream is terrible. it is having horrible pixel rate, and constant issues with connection

The app and the website sucks in India, I have a GOOD mobile network connection and it don't play games even at 540p without LAGGING AND BUFFERING, AND BUFFERS ARE SO DAMN LONG, Buying league pass in India feels like a waste of money now until the fix their servers
