the app was alright but after a few years I had to cancel my subscription. this required emailing their team. frustrating, something any other subscription would be able to do in app. I had been meaning to cancel it for a few months while I didn't need it but now I have no intention of signing back up. -update, called the season pass customer service to get a refund and have now been waiting a full working week with no response. this is something that would take 5 minutes with other companies.

the app is so hard to use and glitches, no info for how much stuff will cost, prebooking doesnt work, it swapped over my number plate and entered an old one after I already changed it
Worst car park app by miles. Given the extortionate parking fees, you'd think NCP could afford a competent coder...

12 step process to sign-up and register on the 7th parking app on my phone for what really just needs to be an online pay form with 2 fields. hard to imagine a worse user experience
Terrible app. I get free employee parking via the NCP app but it forces you to enter payment card details for this parking. Instructions provided by NCP state "you will not be charged it is just to receive a QR code". But then I was charged £21 for 4 hours on my first use. £21 is far too expensive for 4 hours parking regardless. But the app didn't clearly list/navigate to eligible car parks. Instead assumed I wanted to pay £21 for NCP parking in a city I could get it for free.Where is the logic?

be careful with the app if you have more than 1 car stored. I booked a parking ticket and for some silly reason, the app booked a different car. then the app doesn't even let you cancel a booking. what a load of shyte
After downloading the app requested verification code three times.No verification code received so deleted the app.
rubbish could not pay me and others causing frustration and annoyance.

app and website overcharge and do not apply the evening discount rate. App will not let you prebook and sends you to the website. Website and app registration are independent meaning signing up twice
Got to NCP carpark and saw had to pay via app, which created account easy enough. Under profile it states can now pay with GPay. When I tried to pay for parking it then didn't give an option for GPay - so had to phone home to get card details (who carries cards these days!?). Only when I'd added a card did it then give the option of paying with GPay - surely this should be an option to pay GPay or use a card (and then set up said card?).
I had a fine for 20 mins extra parking that has been delivered almost a month after the "incident". Not only acting outside of the legal 14 day period but not even giving enough time to pay with the discount. Removing the app and canceling the account. No more NCP.
It is an absolute shocker and waste of time. To and fro repeatedly refusing to accept my details which are correct, then suggests change password. Still doesn't accept details. Diabolical. Still not working.

Having to sign into the app every time to park is insane behaviour. And the parking charges are criminal. Good luck with going into administration..

Terrible app and extortionate prices. I entered a new car reg last night, continued on to payment and the app defaulted back to my old reg. No option to change, cancel, contact anyone. Had to pay again. £9.90 twice for one four hour visit to the Theatre in Wolverhampton. Livid.

so the apps updated but my phone is too old for the update! now how do I pay to park for work? I cant afford a new phone !!
Forced to use the app at folkestone ASDA carpark, created an account, verified, given all requested permissions, doesn't work. A problem occurred reload, stuck in an endless loop. What a dreadful experience. You cannot beat cash.
been waiting to get a response for a visit that has been open for months now asking for it to be closed down. it's obviously a fault. I don't even own the car now. sent emails. Heard nothing back.

They removed auto-pay. The only reason to do that is in the hope people forgot to do it manually as they did auto-pay for years in order to fine them. Happened to me once. Today they have removed promo codes and and now they want a rating? Wish I could put 0*
pointless searching for Saxmundham Station
went through the process to book for my car, but at the last window it reverted to my last car and charged me £28...

they have TRIPLED their prices in 1 year for parking. Goodbye forever you rip-off greedy corporate fools
Claims able to book parking at NCP sites. Opens a parking episode with no means of closing. Messaged NCP to request closing a stay. No response hours after concern raised. Fortunately have Google maps timeline to offer in any challenge. Compared to other parking companies this app is the worst. Avoid
The computer said no. I accidentally paid for a car park ticket on the wrong vehicle registration. I noticed immediately and asked for it to be swapped to the other car on the app. I was very quickly told no. We all know that in this digital age, coding could be written to allow this swap. Shame on you ncp.
App never works when I get to a car park. it says there's an error loading anything in the app, then when uninstalling and reinstalling, it won't even let me log back in. Dreadful app

Wretched. The app fails to detect parking sessions and refuses to give options to pay. A trap designed to make money from fines.

What a useless app, first car park I go to the app says it's pay on arrival, it's not. then it can't retrieve my receipt after paying on exit.
from 1.95£/24 h now is 4.50£ more than double and no any investmners there.I will never park again
